A good night.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff was efficient and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only Negative was the fact that the elevator and halls had no air conditioning. The third floor hall was very warm.

Stayed at the Hotel because I had a 6:00 am flight from Jacksonville airport. Staff was very nice, room very clean. Hotel was just a mile from airport. Will stay here again.

Clean room and nice staff. Hot breakfast in the morning was nice but some food needed replenishing and it never happened while we were there for about 10 minutes.

The staff always greet you professionally,with a smile.The check in process is fast and easy.Tha rooms smell fresh and always clean.Also the complimentary, hot breakfast and evening snacks are the best.Overall, this hote really makes it a great experience each time.Thanks Fairfield & Suites (at Interwood) near George Bush Houston Intercontinental Airport !!!

Given a room that maid had not cleaned

Given a room that hadn't been cleaned by the maid. About 20 dirty towels were piled up on the dressers and floor and the beds were stripped. Went to the front desk and was told they can have someone pick up the towels otherwise there was nothing they could do. We were told we would have to contact expedia for a refund. The lady at the front desk then went to the next customer.
