Close to airport

Pros: Excellent breakfast
Cons: A double sink would have been nice.
Location: Restaurants, airport, shopping mall
The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was served until 10:00 which is great if you want to sleep late. The breakfast was tthe best hotel breakfast that we've had. It is also convenient to several nearby restaurants.

Pros: Close to where I was working. Plenty of dining options close to the hotel.
Cons: Housekeeping. Mold all over shower curtain. Trash in parking lot and grass not picked up.

Stayed here on another recent trip that was good. This stay was disappointing. I needed to stay an additional day and again the next week and booked another hotel. Probably won't be back. Major mold on the shower curtain. It was corrected after I brought it to their attention. Housekeeping obviously doesn't check for this or it wouldn't be there. Grounds not kept clean and neat. I noticed the same weeds, coffee cups. soda cans and cigarette butts on the ground outside of the building for a few days.

We loved staying at the Fairfield and the staff was super nice and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Stuck in Jacksonville, good stay.

Our flight was cancelled and we were stuck in Jacksonville for the night. We booked the Fairfield Inn and Suites at that last night. It worked well. Rooms were fine. Breakfast was good. WiFi was really slow in the evening, but worked well during the day. Overall, I feel happy with our stay.

Staff was helpful. The room was a little tighter than we were expecting. Clean, but had a funky smell. The pool was horrible. The chemicals were so strong it bleached my bathing suit. Overall, it was a decent and safe hotel.
