This property required a $100 deposit when we checked in. We came back from a cruise and found they only returned 49 of it. I called and said there was feces on the bed and the bed spreed was damaged. My wife is one of those people that even clean hotel rooms. We have stayed at extended stays before and never had an issue and never have we had to pay a deposit.

The property was not very well maintained. I was also not checked in at a room for a very long time and spoke with the manager and it was a hassle. I do not recommend this hotel in Jacksonville.

Day 1 saw a roach in the room. Staff never brought us any kitchen utensils to use. Complimentary breakfast is the bare minimum in complimentary consisting of oatmeal, muffins, and coffee.

I called the hotel about 5:00pm on the day of check in to let them know that it would be after midnight before I arrived. The lady said it would be no problem. I arrived about 2:00am only to find out I could not check in after 12:30am. That left me with no where to stay.
