Only 1 block to the beach! Breathe in the salt air and enjoy your own private paradise in this 5 bedroom, 4 ½ bathroom home complete with everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. The 3 levels allow for ample room to spread out and enjoy all the villa has to offer. Amenities include a gourmet kitchen, heated saltwater pool & outdoor shower, elevator for easy access to all levels, fireplace, gameroom, and a luxurious primary suite with private balcony and ocean views. Level One: Walk through the front door to the open concept fully stocked gourmet kitchen including an induction stovetop, dining and cozy living room complete with a fireplace and smart TV. The sliding doors open to reveal a heated saltwater pool and outdoor living space with a gas grill, propane provided. Lounge by the gas fire pit on the front terrace or indulge in lawn games while listening to the crashing waves. Level Two: Luxury living for your guests on this level with a king guest room, a bunk room with two bunks and en suite bath, and a second king guest room with full bathroom off the hallway. This level also features a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Level Three: Let’s talk about the views! The upper level features the primary suite with a king bed, large ensuite floor to ceiling marble bathroom with a double vanity, oversized shower, separate water closet, and huge private balcony with seating area and stunning ocean views! The game room complete with shuffleboard, ping pong and arcade games also has a full size daybed for any overflow guests. There is a full bathroom off the hallway for your guests. This level also has a coffee bar and a wet bar with mini refrigerator for easy access. No need to go down to the kitchen for your coffee in the morning! 5 miles to Mayo Clinic. 10 miles to downtown Jacksonville. POOL HEATERS: Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding. Guests use the pool at their own risk. DOG FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. The location was fantastic...1 block from the beach. The house even has a wagon, beach toys, an umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler and towels. The pool was perfect for our kids. Its location and size was perfect for watching them from the kitchen, living room or poolside. The bunkroom was a hit with the kids and made putting them to bed easy with their own TV to watch after being tucked in.The kitchen had a fantastic supply of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and storage containers. We were pleasantly surprised to find paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets and detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, hair dryers...all available and ready. We booked this property at the last minute in order to escape the path of hurricane Milton in the Tampa Bay area. The property was in very good condition and is located in a great area. We ended up staying over for several extra days after our initial booking due to us not having power back at home and the property manager was absolutely amazing to work with. ##### Michelangelo M.
