Please submit an inquiry for stays longer than 10 days. You may be on a monthly tour assignment if you’re in the military or a traveling nurse that have orders to be in the Jacksonville area for an extended amount of time. One other scenario is if you’re under contract on a home and are in limbo until it’s ready or waiting for it to be ready. Keep in mind I do not allow pets or smoking in the house. Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. The beautiful river going through the backyard was picturesque and the ability to see the wildlife coming and going was lovely. Our host was so welcoming and efficient. Her booklet was so informative and appreciated. I loved her attention to detail and the genuine want to give us the perfect stay. She had the house stocked full of all the things you forget to pack when you go on trips which came in handy and saved us a couple trips to the store. We ended up seeing her and having a wonderful conversation with her and she gave us some great recommendations on places to eat while we were out and about in each nearby town we were visiting. She made our stay so wonderful and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. When I come back I will make sure we stay here again. Thank you! ##### Amanda C.
