Mold on the lamp shades. Room half cleaned. Stains on the sheets. A/C didnt get cold enough. Bath towels had stains on them. I was very upset with the entire stay. Aug 26, 2020 Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities #### 2.5 star hotel, at best The area is a little sketchy. The whole building and parking lot needs renovated. It rained and many of the parking spots were flooded so you had to wade thru water to get in your vehicle. We found 2 roaches, 1 alive in room and a dead one in the hallway. There was no water pressure and the sink was very slow to drain. There wasn't any breakfast due to covid, they just had a pot of cold coffee in the lobby. Couldn't use the coffeemaker in room because it was broke. We could only get 1 key because they were running low on keys. The check-in process took forever because their computers were slow. Towel were stained and rough. False advertising \* no fridge, no microwave, no hairdryer.. Pool was closed due to a code violation (they need to put that on the website) 2nd floor was extremely hot.. No continental breakfast ( which we understand due to covid-19 but false advertising.. The exterior is depressing.
