Place was very clean. The step up at the entry area is fairly high. The rain and the sprinklers make the entry area very wet. The place could use a pizza pan and a cookie sheet. The noise from the next door apartments can be a little irritating. I don't like the TV channel setup. You have tons of channels but I couldn't even get ABC which is where the 3 football games I wanted to watch were being shown! Overall good place. Location is great.
