Each unit is directly situated on sand and sea with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a living room that opens to an oceanfront deck. A staircase connects each of the three floors, including the two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms in Captain's House B2\. A private boardwalk takes you to the beach, where you can explore and bask in the incredible views to your content. The condos of the Captain's House are a perfect place for quiet getaways, wonderful family gatherings, and vacations of all kinds. These are a premier Amelia Island vacation rental! Please note that you will have to take stairs to get to the property no elevator is on site. All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay. We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign. ​​​There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date. The super-heavy sliding glass door leading out to the awesome deck needs immediate attention. The view was spectacular and the walk to the beach from the property was amazing and right there! We had neighbors on either side of us and above and below us. Did not have any issues with noise. The tv in the living room was connected and we didn't care too much about getting it on our phone so we declined the offer for help. It wasn't a big deal for us to go through all that trouble.
