Each unit is directly situated on sand and sea with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a living room that opens to an oceanfront deck. A staircase connects each of the three floors, including the two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms in Sur La Mer. A private boardwalk takes you to the beach, where you can explore and bask in the incredible views to your content. The condos of the Captain's House are a perfect place for quiet getaways, wonderful family gatherings, and vacations of all kinds. These are a premier Amelia Island vacation rental! Please note that you will have to take stairs to get to the property no elevator is on site. All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay. We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign. I really wanted to stay longer, but I had to go back because I had some responsibilities. The house has everything you can possibly imagine that you'll need. The patio door goes straight to the beach and, even better, there is a shower for the beach right in front of our room. There are restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and we ate at one of my favorite places (Salt Life) right on the beach with an incredible view. I would suggest bringing your own beach towels if you need more than a couple, though.
