The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa couch and four comfortable sitting chairs. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find the dining room, featuring seating for six. Continuing through the house, you'll reach the well-equipped kitchen, fully stocked with all the essential equipment and tools needed to prepare delectable beachside meals. The first bedroom is located on the first floor, offering a Queen bed and access to a deck where you can bask in the coastal ambiance. A full shared bathroom is conveniently situated next door as you make your way up the stairs. Upstairs, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms. The house is delightful, and you can hear the ocean waves 24 x 7\. There are decent views of the ocean between or around the one row of houses across the street between this house and the beach. One technical warning: VRBO makes it look like the payment for a damage waiver is optional, but the realty company adds it to the purchase. I chose to not purchase it. I don't know if they would charge your twice if you chose to purchase it, or if it would just add one charge. I bet you will love this house! The home was spacious and comfortable. We loved that we were able to take our dogs with us (they are part of the family!). There were some issues with the sliding glass doors not opening, but when reported, someone was sent out to fix it (the salt air and sand does a number on everything at the beach). When we called for help withTV staff did not know what system we had and we spent a fair amount of time looking for a non existent remote. Finally got it working on the last day.
