Boho-Style 2 Bed 2 Bath - 5 Mins From The Beach - Fenced In Yard - Pet Friendly

Explore NoFL beaches of Jacksonville & nearby towns (St. Augustine & Fernandina Beach) in this updated vaulted ceilings, boho-vibe, pet friendly two-bedroom (each w/ queen beds) two bathroom.

Including beautiful foliage inside and outdoors, fenced in backyard, large front yard, garage, parking, water filter, screened in outdoor lounge (our favorite space), washer & dryer, electric stove & oven, toaster oven, full sized fridge, dishwasher & microwave, just minutes from the beach, walk or use bikes (2) provided. WiFi and Roku on TVs. Fireplace is wood-burning.

Comfortable mattresses (one queen, one king) and blackout curtains. Couch may be used for a 5th person and there is an air mattress available.

Private bathroom off primary.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start one wash load of used towels & bath mats only with “non-tox powder detergent”, provided. Do not wash white sheets. No need to wait for cycle to end.
* hand wash or load all used dishes in the dishwasher. If finished before you leave, kindly put them away in cabinets. Please make sure they are clean before putting away.
* Dump bathroom trash to kitchen trash bag and place in the outdoor bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please pick up after animals, doggie bags provided under kitchen sink. Please use vacuum (guest closet) if excessive hair shedding occurs.
Please be respectful of my property, furnishings, decor, including plants. Damage to plants / other may result in fines. Includes use of fireplace.

This was a fantastic property and turned out to be exactly what I needed. It was comfortable, quiet, charming, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive and provided very helpful communications. She was wonderful to work with, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Superb experience

Carly was highly communicative and welcoming. The place was in top-top shape and within a few miles of the beach. We enjoyed having the fenced in yard for our pooch. A property and owner!!

Concert and Beach

It was a perfect spot for us. 20 minutes from the concert we attended, in a quaint and peaceful area. Super close to the beach. We enjoyed a nice beach day there too. The enclosed area that was half outside and half inside was perfect. The Leone lights made it a perfect setting for a movie night. The fenced in area was perfect for our pups. Carly provided flowers and a sweet note that made my spouse very happy upon arrival. 5 / 5 recommend

Pefect for mayo clnic visit

I cant stand walking into a house and the blast of toxic fragrances. The boho style fits with the clean air. There was real plants in the house and salt lamps. Over and above what i expected. And communication was 5 star will be back.
