IF available the late checkout fee is $25/hour. Early check-in IF available is also $25 per hour needed. Any unauthorized late checkout will incur a late checkout fee of $100 for the first hour and $100 for each hour thereafter. Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. The townhouse was spotless. The location is nice only a 15-20 minute drive to restaurants and the beach. The only complaint is that the matresses and sofa are hard. Not that comfortable.
