The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay. You will also have to submit pictures of photo IDs (e.g., driver's license, passport, etc.) for ALL adults on the reservation, as this is a requirement of the complex you'll be staying at. Note: the pet fee ($150 + taxes & fees) is PER PET up to Maximum of 1 allowed pet(s)! Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is exactly as described. It’s in a new area and has easy access. This apartment is on the 3rd floor of 4 and so there was some noise from the upstairs and downstairs apartments, but overall it was quiet and private., and we felt safe. There is a clubhouse close that has a great pool and hang out area. The small balcony faces some woods and the walking track where we watched people walking their dogs. The apartment was clean and has most utensils and kitchen items needed for cooking. There’s a keurig also. We were very happy here and would stay again. ##### Carmen G. Absolutely adorable condo in a brand new building. Security was great, the condo was pristine and every inch (including the surprise extra bedroom nook) was well utilized.
