They also provide 2 beach chairs, and beach towels. You do have to cross a busy road to walk the short distance to the public beach access. Was disappointed we could not access the fenced in back yard for our dog but understood owners concern for their own dogs and we respected this. We were just happy that our dog was welcomed. The beds were comfy, paper products provided, A/C worked great in the triple digit Florida heat, fluffy towels, and soft linens. The beach was soooo lovely, not crowded and family friendly. They live right upstairs but let us have our privacy! The place was very comfortable with everything that was needed to have a great stay. A little bonus you are across the street from the beach but it is very quiet! This isn't a party neighborhood if that is what you are looking for but if you want a quiet relaxing vacation--this is it! The bed in the master is very comfortable. Everything is clean and ready to go when you get there. We have been coming to Amelia Island for over 15 years and stayed up and down the beach area.
