Even better it is only steps from the beach. Grab your cup of coffee and a minute later you are on the beach watching a beautiful sunrise. It is also very close to all of the shops and resturantes in Jax and Neptune Beaches. It was a very relaxing stay. I will recommend it to friends and I will stay there again. ##### Robert S. Clean, accurate to the photos and nice location. Only a couple of issues. The front door would NOT lock from the outside. This was a big deal because I had my work laptop and some other electronics I didn’t want stolen.I did figure a work around by going out of the sliding glass door and having something fall onto the track to make the sliding door lock. The front door had no issue UNLOCKING though. This is a common thing I guess with beach front properties. I tried for well over an hour and different days to get it to lock and it wouldn’t. Might need batteries replaced or the keypad in general because it was sluggish to unlock. No other suggestions from the host besides pull it towards you and line it up then push the lock button. I pulled every which way and even made 100% sure it was lined up - wouldn’t lock. Not enough wash cloths left. I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days….only 3 wash cloths. No washer or dryer to wash them (which I knew there wasn’t before booking). With multiple beach trips per day you go through them quickly. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
