### Beach Bliss II | 100yds to the beach

Come escape to Beach Bliss in beautiful Jax Beach! This 2-bedroom beach home was carefully renovated to keep the character of this old home while upgrading many modern conveniences. Located in North Jacksonville Beach, we are right in the heart of all that Jax Beach has to offer. Local breweries, great restaurants and nightlife, and mere blocks from the downtown Jacksonville Beach area that hosts highly popular seasonal festivals.  
  
Close to entertainment, Mayo, and TPC - this is the perfect spot in Jax Bch!  
  
We are a 2 bedroom with queen size beds, 2 bath unit in a 4-unit complex 1 short block from the ocean (\~100 yards). We have a washer and dryer in the unit and a full kitchen. We also offer to book all 4 units if you are wanting to host a family reunion/event.  
  
There is another rental unit above you, so if you are sensitive to foot noise, please let us help you find another perfect place!  
  
Dedicated parking for 1 car and street parking is very easy.  
  
We love pets! $30/pet/night. Once you have booked, let us know and we will send the fee.  
  
We make sure everything you need is provided to make it the best stay possible. Smart TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime, quality towels & linens, and coffee & tea.  
  
Fast wifi from Xfinity.  
  
We live in Jacksonville Beach ourselves, so give us a shout if you need anything at all. We generally respond within 30 min between 8am - 9pm.  
  
This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

The listing reads “No Pets”. Unfortunately the rental was covered in dog hair, which I am allergic to. We will no longer rent from Nomad on Jacksonville Beach in the future.

#### Short walk to beach

Location, location, location. The best thing about this rental is the proximity to the beach. The things I did not care for: weird stain on the shower curtain, could not open any curtains due to people seeing into the property, therefore was very dark inside, the rug in the living room was very dirty, the second bedroom is extremely tiny…the door bangs into the bed frame, the pillows on the died were flat and there were only two pillows for the bed, the exterior of the home is sad and worn, and there is not a dining table. We did appreciate the low cost and the ability to rent for just three nights.

We had a really good stay. The only downfall was the upstairs visitors were quite loud. We heard every footstep they took. Additionally, they had a dog that was running around playing at all hours. Other than that, the property was very nice and had almost everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay on our short vacation to Jax Beach. The location was so close to the beach with places to walk, shop and dine. It was very clean and cute with charm and decoration. Everything was easy and comfortable. Excited to go back!

#### A comfortable home near the beach for couples or a small family

This property was updated and we'll maintained and a very short walk to the beach and other nearby attractions (grocery, restaurants, parks). Amenities met our every need from kitchen supplies, to bedding and laundry. The owners communicated with us prior to and during our stay with pertinent information regarding checking in and out. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This is a small two-bedroom bungalow that is extremely clean. It’s close to eating establishments and is even closer to the beach. There is a walk over about 100 yards from the house. There were were also plenty of supplies like toilet paper, trash bags and a Keurig. Great communication with the owner. Enjoyed our stay.

This is a great little rental close to everything. The owners have remodeled the unit beautifully and I cannot stress how lovely it was to feel like the place had TRULY been cleaned thoroughly. I had a few questions before I booked our stay and the responsiveness of the management team was impressive and appreciated. I feel confident that had we had an issue during our stay, it would have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will definitely book again!

#### This place was EXCELLENT!

We absolutely LOVED staying at this location! The property was absolutely adorable, clean, so well equipped and the location was perfect. We have never been to Jacksonville Beach, and this place was a perfect place to start, the beach access was just steps away, the restaurants within walking distance were plentiful. The property was exactly as pictured online, the bedrooms even had sound machines, which was a blessing since I had forgotten my children’s. They had snacks and k-cups stocked, beach towels, chairs, even books and toys. The cleaning crew that cleaned the other units were super sweet and offered to clean and restock things if we needed. Seriously-I can not say enough about this place, we will definitely come back and stay here.

#### Great for a long term stay

I was visiting Mayo Clinic for about three weeks. This home, as close as it was to the beach, was exactly 10 minutes (easy!!) drive to Mayo. Everything I needed for this stay was provided. And the house was bright and cherry--just what the doctor ordered ;) If your visit to Jacksonville is taking you to Mayo ( or the beach, or shopping, or St Augustine day tripping) then this is a wonderful choice. The owners were there IMMEDIATELY for every question and there were never any concerns. While I hope not to have to visit Mayo again soon, I would be delighted to stay at this charming home again on future visits. Thanks for making my stay such a success!

The property has all the comforts of home. Delighted to see how well the house was stocked with everyday stuff you need! The home is charming, cozy and very clean. The location to the beach is truly just a minute walk! Great for people of all ages. I stayed with my son and his wife. Looking forward to coming back with my grandson. Also Jacksonville zoo is worth the trip!!

#### Home away from home

My husband and I needed a getaway and this beach house hit the spot. We didn’t want a hotel. We wanted a little more privacy that was also a block from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. We also were able to cook if we wanted to. It is a downstairs unit so be mindful of your upstairs guests.
