Located 2 short blocks from the beach, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium places you in the heart of Jacksonville Beach minutes away from great food, breweries, bike rentals, TPC Sawgrass, and shopping centers. This condo is newly renovated and furnished, which gives you a home away from home feeling. Keep in mind that this condo is a 3rd floor condo without an elevator. The light did not work iin one of the bedrooms, could not use the living room light due to no battery in the remote. There was no bar soap or body wash, no coffee on-site. One befroom had a tick on the piññow and we observed 3 roaches coming from within the laundry closet. It was very clear to us that someone is not checking this unit in between stays not to mention no pest controñ performed.
