The unit is located in an older urban core neighborhood of the Murray Hill/Riverside area, and this well-appointed, colorful unit has everything you would need for a short or extended stay. Brand new carpet installation n Dec 2019! The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, pots, pans, honor bar, fireplace. complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, HDTV smart TV with antenna access. (You can get Hulu, Netflix etc. with your own credentials.) and a host of amenities. The unit is modest on the outside, as is the neighborhood but packed with a festive, contemporary/ abstract art palette on the inside, with an interesting array of décor. This is an adults only unit. The unit has state of the art keyless entry, security cameras, well-lit off street parking, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and offers a fully fenced in yard with chairs a table and a small firepit.... PLEASE NOTE.... I do accept one pet with a $50.00 nonrefundable pet fee up to one week. Inquire about multiple pets. Pets must be crated if you leave the unit. II don't care if you have never crated them before that's the house rules. I've had multiple incidents where so called "perfect pets" have chewed pillows, décor, etc. and am not going to put up with it. If this doesn't work for you, respectfully look elsewhere. Why pay $200.00 a night to stay at the tired old Hyatt downtown when you can get double the space and a lot more value for your money here? Please note as an urban core neighborhood you will see a variety of folks here and if you are uncomfortable with seeing people that may not look like you or may differ in terms of religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation or income level this may not be the best fit for you. Some blocks look great while the next one may not but note I can only control my level of service, how well appointed my unit is and how clean it stays, the neighborhood is gentrifying and is right on the edge of the dining district. There are over 50 restaurants within a mile of the unit and the number will triple within 2 miles. I have over 400 reviews on competing websites and have decided to add my units to VRBO as this may be the right fit for many short-term guests coming to our area. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions regarding amenities, location etc. and I will do my best to answer all inquiry's. By the way, I am not near the beach and the closest one is 12 miles away. I get asked that a lot. I have a 45 day maximum limit. My expectation is that all guests read my complete description so that I can meet or exceed their expectations. My maximum stay is 45 days and I do have on premises security cameras. He communicated very clearly and was most hospitable. There were two pet dishes outside of the front door upon our arrival; this told us our pet was very welcome. The location was great - quiet neighborhood and within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Daiv was so hospitable and the accommodations were through the roof. He met us at the rental and guided us through all that was available. And his knowledge of the area and local services was vast. And just Incase you can’t remember all the places he mentioned, he printed them in a reference guide!!! The rental itself is what you see in the pics. It’s cozy and quaint with a lot of personality. The fenced in back yard is private and quiet also. We really felt welcomed and at home during this stay and look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you Daiv!!! ##### Mike S. Dec 4, 2018 #### Close to lots of fun dining and shopping spots Daiv provided a very comfortable and welcoming apartment, complete with all types of kitchen and bath supplies. I would call the neighborhood “transitional”, but we always felt safe. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family in Lakeshore and there were no hotels nearby. ##### Kim B. A personalized experience well worth it. At first you may observe the neighborhood area to look shabby but this downstairs unit matched the pictures shown. There is a unit above but the noise level was fine during my stay. There are security cameras monitoring the property from all angles. This feature provided peace of mind. Was offered a tour of the area and recommendation of local eating places. There was a special gift of two specialty cupcakes that were very decilious. If you desire to cook on site this is the kitchen away from home to do it in. Everything is readily available for use. I really appreciated the daily check-ins to ensure my stay was meeting my expectations. Aug 12, 2018 #### Comfortable Place With Many Thoughtful Amenities Don't be alarmed by the modest neighborhood or the somewhat drab exterior of the house. Inside the apartment is colorful, modern and extremely comfortable with many amenities. Daiv has thought of everything you might need to enjoy your stay. There is a stocked bar with very reasonably priced wines, spirits, sodas, and water. The kitchen is also well-appointed and even includes an instant Espresso machine with Illy Espresso pads! Wonderful! The bathroom has a fully stocked medicine chest with toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream, etc. Really, very thoughtful. The bedroom was also decorated in bright modern colors and was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the glow of the fun electric fireplace! Daiv offered some restaurant suggestions and we chose his first recommendation: Orsay. It was one of the best dining experiences of our lives, and we have enjoyed excellent dining all around the world. The apartment is conveniently located about 3 minutes away from the restaurant/bar district - a very cool scene. If you are passing through or visiting Jacksonville, I highly recommend this apartment. Daiv really has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. ##### Katherine K.
