While we're excited about these enhancements, we want to be upfront with you: construction work, including concrete and steel repairs, as well as balcony renovations, will create noise during daytime hours for approximately 12 months. During balcony work, access to your unit's balcony may be temporarily restricted or blocked. Construction Hours are 8am-5:30 M-F, no work on weekends. We value your vacation experience and understand that peaceful oceanfront moments are precious. If you're considering a stay with us during this period, please factor this into your planning. Our team is happy to provide more specific details about the construction schedule and potential balcony access restrictions to help you make the best decision for your stay. Feel free to reach out with any questions – we're here to help you plan the coastal getaway that's right for you. Do you have a strong urge to feel the sand between your toes? We have the perfect spot for you. This 3-bedroom 2-bath condo is located on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the beach pier and ocean. The balcony is the star of this condo, as the furniture allows for a comfy environment allowing you to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The open kitchen floor plan allows for you to enjoy family but also at the same time the Oceanview. The Master bedroom is oceanfront with a king bed, private TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower. Bring the family and friends as there are 2 guest bedrooms. One has a queen and twin bed with private TV and the other has a queen bed. The condo comes with all the amenities of a home with Wi-Fi and cable TV, in the living room. No need to overpack and bring extra clothes as there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Of course, we know you’ll want to spend time outdoors at the beach or exploring our quaint little island. Property amenities include an 800 ft fishing pier available to guests of the Amelia by the Sea with the bonus of NO FISHING LICENSE needed when fishing from this private, exclusive pier. There is a completely renovated oceanside swimming pool so you can get your sun there as well as on the beach. You have so many options at this dream getaway: Swimming, biking, hiking, walking, shopping, historic sightseeing, local bar/music scene, local cuisine with fresh seafood, and much more! Whether it’s walking up and down the beautiful beaches, or historic downtown Fernandina Beach the choice is yours. So, hurry up don’t wait, and get ready to choose your beach adventure. About the Complex: Amelia by the Seas is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit. Please note that this is a RESIDENTIAL community, not a RESORT. However, the appliances, particularly the dishwasher needs replacing. It was not cleaning and rinsing the dishes properly. And, one minor thing, why is it necessary to "neatly" put the bedding covers back after the beds are stripped of their sheets. It may not seem much but when you are get packed up to leave and our case drive over 9 hours, it is a requirement that seemed unnecesary since the beds had to be remade any way. ##### Basil S.
