The 3rd floor unit is a short one-block walk from a beach entry with lifeguards. The south entry to the Egan Creek greenway trail is across the street, and it’s within walking distance as well to good pizza, ice cream and mini golf. It’s located just off of one of the main streets of Fernandina Beach, so has easy access to the rest of the island. ##### Jon A.
