Welcome to Oceanfront Living at it's finest!!  Amelia Island's luxury oceanfront home w/ unique offerings as the enclosed underground parking for 7 or more cars w/ elevator access, largest roof top party deck on island, designed for best ocean views, total of 6 bedrooms all w/ private baths & ocean view balconies, ( 5 King beds & 2 Queens) oceanfront pool, boardwalk to the beach! No expense was spared on this one of kind property. This home totals 7,438 sq. ft. 2nd & 3rd floor units have incredible views, balconies, currently 3 guest En Suite bedrooms, 2 full size kitchens, 2 living rooms, laundry room & dining room.  Even has an commercial grade ice maker on the second level.  The pool is large enough for multiple families & plenty of chairs & loungers.  This home is perfect for  large family gathering or group event! ***10% Cancellation Fee outside of 30 days. No Refunds inside of 30 days.

The pool and beach were excellent. The house was very accommodating for the 11 of us. Kitchen had everything you need, which was great, because we did a lot of cooking. The only negative, was the living room furniture wasn’t the most comfortable. Would like to return.

Our Family Stay

This listing is truly fantastic! I retired at the end of 2024 and wanted to do a family celebration. This house did not disappoint!Every bedroom is huge with king beds with the exception of one double queen room.The rooftop deck was awesome in the evenings for stargazing and sunrise/sunsets.The elevator is rather slow, but it came in handy for getting the luggage up to the second and third floors, if nothing else!Had a couple of issues with the elevator circuit breaker, but the response from the maintenance team was incredibly quick. This is not your typical VRBO. The decor is top-notch and the amenities were plentiful.I would highly recommend this house for large groups

Family Christmas

We got this house to spend time with our blended family (3 sets of parents and kids) and this property did not disappoint. We were able to spread out in comfort and still feel like we had a feeling of being under one roof. Definitely a perfect setup for extended family with multiple age range kids. We found a great market for prepared foods (Sue’s Market) and really enjoyed the local events for the Dickens themed Christmas festival downtown.

This property is perfect for a large family reunion; space for all10 of us, with room to spare! *We did call the property manger as the ice machine was broken (or dead); this amenity was really important to us...it was never resolved. Which lead to many trips to the store for ice! *Also they need (or you need) to bring life vests for the ocean. They have one for 30lbs or less. * The home was full of dead roaches, grill had to be burned off and cleaned. * portable fans in the first floor back bedroom were broken. Pool, location, garage, size of bedrooms and many little 'parlors' for a peaceful getaway, wine refrigerator was perfect! SO in all a great stay just needed a few tweaks from home management.

Fabulous property

Our family had her a wonderful stay at this property. The location, the view, the spacious rooms and newish appliances all make it a great place to stay for 5 or 6 couples or other similar size group. We had a plumbing problem that didn't get taken care of while we were there, but the property and location are so fantastic that it's not possible to feel disappointed.

House needs to be THOROUGHLY CLEANED!

Our stay at the house was average at best. The house is in need of some improvements. Pros: company was quick to respond and sent maintenance the location allowed us to check in 1 hour early Size of home Several washers/dryers Huge garage which allowed the kids to play when it was raining. Cons: Our biggest complaint was the LACK of cleanliness of the entire house, but predominantly the kitchen. We had to wash all of the pots, pans, cutting boards and silverware prior to using them ( food on cutting board, crumbs in cutlery drawer, etc). The refrigerator was dirty and we had to wipe it down prior to putting any groceries away. Coffee makers need descaling Heavy dust on the silk flower arrangements Broken speakers in family room and roof top AC units are super loud Several plugged sinks Some lightbulbs were out Perhaps it was lack of staffing due to the holiday weekend, however their response to our complaints was what was most disappointing. They took $500 off the bill and said “they would not take threats of a bad review from us.” We had written that we would “wait to write our review after hearing back from them.” The representative we spoke to said they treated that sentence as a threat. She said that they have many 5 star reviews and if we left an unreasonable/unfavorable review, that they would take it up with VRBO and have our review removed. In our estimation, this may be why they have so many 5 star reviews and no negative ones.

Endless options for fun!

Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, cooking space and endless entertainment options. Dance party in the garage, fun in the pool, pool table, beach activities, or relaxing on the roof with and amazing view — so much to love about this property!

PERFECT WEEK

Unit is as described. Plenty of room, clean, supplied well. Love having all the beach chairs, toys and floats available to use. Our children loved the kayaks and paddle board! We will be back!

Ideal for large group

This is a wonderful property for a large group of people! Two kitchens (very well appointed) make it easy to stock up for your stay. They even provide beach towels! Excellent location. It may be hard to have small children here because the house is OVERDECORATED with lots of things that could be easily broken. I'm not sure why these things aren't removed, but the owners must be more relaxed than I am! Highly recommend this great property.

Amazing!

The house was truly AMAZING! The view was spectacular, the pool was perfect, being on the beach was heavenly and sitting on the numerous desks just soaking it all in was wonderful! The house was FULLY stocked, everything we needed was there and more. The decor is not your every day stuff, it was very high end furniture and furnishings - all of it very comfortable. Made us want to stay even longer! The rental company was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this house. There was extra parking right next door. We truly had no issues at all! The only issue is that we had to leave!

Fantastic

Beautiful home with all amenities included. Kitchen satisfied our nephew chef. We had a few maintenance issues and Marc whose company oversees care of property was prompt and professional. We love the beach but the pool was a bonus. Every bedroom comfortable all with on suite baths. We hope to return next summer.

Absolutely Stunning.... 10/10

Our family flew in from California, Texas and, Virginia to watch our daughter's college lacrosse game. Having adult kids and nieces some married and some not...this place gave everyone their own master suite. The decor reminded me of the Four Season hotel in Maui. Absolutely stunning. The drive in garage for up to 7 cars was EPIC. This trip turned into a hidden treasure for us. Having your own private pool and boardwalk off the backyard to the beach was crazy.. My husband and our son took the kayaks out one morning and were joined by the dolphins. Marc, their property manager was a 10/10 Every restaurant, market, item he recommended on the island was amazing. If I was on undercover boss Id give Marc a new car. He was the MVP. He answered ever call. When he heard me say we were having a BBQ he arrived with fresh propane tanks and completely prepped the entire area for us. Then at 9pm when I forgot how to turn the pool lights Marc got that working too. Our family will definitely be going back. Our family made memories that will last a lifetime. :)

Great House with Excellent Proximity to Beach

We used the home for a small family reunion & had a great time. We had a few issues with the WiFi being out part of the time, but I think that was more a service provider issue. The home was large enough for our group to spread out but it also allowed for gathering together which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous on all fronts.

Excellent attention to detail across multiple topics: pool/beach -Toys for any age and athleticism, entertainment- modern TVs everywhere you look plus games, game tables and a pool table with enough space to actually use it. Large group hosting- two gourmet kitchens with pretty much everything we needed to prepare for and serve 24 and most of us stayed upstairs and it was never crowded. Sleeping quarters- 7 comfortable beds with ample pillows. Whether overnight or just for the gathering, everyone who visited raved about what a perfect place and experience this was for them. Even better, they thought I was brilliant for finding it.
