They really enjoyed the house and the quiet neighborhood. I could not have had a better location, they were only 10 minutes away from where I live. Aug 12, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Very Clean and Quiet We stayed at the home for 3 weeks while visiting Mayo Clinic. The home is vintage with a very large fenced yard. Perfect for kids and dogs to run in. It's close to everything and the neighborhood was so quiet. It has a country feel in a growing city. Nice and relaxing and close enough for spending day at beach or shopping in St. John's. Grocery and other shopping is within a mile but you wouldn't know it listening to the cicadas sing. Inside is clean and stocked with necessities to be self sufficient. Not a single bug was seen for our whole visit (unheard of in Florida). The home is roomy and didn't feel cramped at all. The beds were comfy with 1 softer and 1 harder so you can choose based on your needs. Water is hot for showers and AC was cold even in Florida summer heat advisory. Fans in every room. Blinds and curtains for privacy. Owners were very responsive when contacted but they set us up so well we didn't need to ask for anything.
