This home is located on the ground floor and walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and the beautiful beaches! The Coquina House Studios are equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes Smart TV with cable, WIFI, and a kitchenette. The Space: Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops like Southern Grounds and Homespun, Publix grocery store, an assortment of restaurants like ABBQ, Flying Iguana, Mezza Luna, Sliders Oyster Bar, and more, and bars like Lemon Bar and Pete’s Bar. The kitchenette includes a large fridge, stove top, pots/pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot and a microwave! This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TV with cable and fast Wi-Fi! The clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided There is a guest manual with an Atlantic Beach guide including local favorites such as North Beach Fish Camp, Ragtime, COOP 303, the Local, and best brunch spots. We also provide information to rent bikes (our favorite way of getting around the beaches). Property sleeps 3 with queen bed in bedroom and convertible twin sized sleeper sofa in living room.
