Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee. Please note: the driveway to get to Moody Woods is long - and a little hidden. We have placed signs up for better road visibility. But you will turn in and drive down a dirt road alongside a long fence - you will pass the garage of another home on your left - and continue through the fence area. There are motion activated lights that come on at night at the front of the house to assist with visibility. There really aren't any street lights visible back that far. \*\*This is a 1 acre property in a very wooded area - so there will be a variety of native Floridians about - from birds, squirrels, bugs, and maybe a snake or raccoon from time to time. Please keep that in mind. \*\*Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement. \*\*Charcoal is not included. Firewood is not included. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Guest Arrival is anytime 4pm EST or after. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST. Guest Departure is anytime 10am EST or before. If you have not departed by this time and do not have written prior approval for a late departure, you will be assessed a $50 late departure fee for every 30 minute delay. The Cleaning Services we use schedule their teams for multiple cleans in advance and any unplanned delays create issues. With unscheduled/unapproved late departures, they are required to bring in additional team members to assist, which incurs a higher cost that must be charged. Positives - easy check-in; very clean home; comfortable mattresses with good quality linens on beds (we used 2 of the 3 beds, with no complaints); large fenced in yard for the dogs. Also, if you have a membership/guest pass, there's a great YMCA within walking distance of the home. Be aware that this home does use well water, which in this part of Florida has a distinctive "sulphur" smell and taste. We're not used to it, and preferred buying water to drink/make coffee. We arrived late at night and didn't know to bring water, but fortunately owners had provided 4 small bottles in the refrigerator which got us through the first night. We predominantly showered and did laundry at a nearby relative's home. The home is older, with uneven floors, older windows, etc, so expect that. No curtains on windows/doors. Neighbors have a rooster, which was a surprise the first morning, but we didn't really notice it after that. We spent most of our time away from the house and so didn't have a chance to utilize the provided outdoor games, picnic table, fire pit, or board games, but did notice there were quite a few provided. ##### Emily V.
