Bella Lago is Italian for "Beautiful Lake", and we can all agree that this home boasts beauty at every corner! Bella Lago has tons of indoor and outdoor space for family fun and relaxation. Sit on one of the many outdoor decks as you watch the sun glistening on the lake and take in the calm. Or, grab a kayak or paddle board to get some exercise before you hit up any of the nearby lake attractions in the Jackson's Gap area. Bring your boat to experience Lake Martin's excellent fishing spots. Launch it at the Bay Pines Marina and tie up dockside at Bella Lago where you will find a large sunning deck to catch some rays. And that's just the OUTSIDE! Now, let's talk about the inside amenities! The gourmet kitchen is to die for with a gas range and white quartz countertops and counter seating for 5 people. Off of the kitchen is a dining area that connects to the large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling. On the main floor, you will find not one, but 4 king bedrooms with TVs! The master suite is spa-worthy with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower and double vanities with a make-up area. There is also another full bathroom with a tub and shower combo and a half bath. And if you need to bring work with you to the lake, there is an office at the front of the home with a large desk and twin bed pullout chair. Upstairs, there is a loft bedroom with 3 queen beds, one twin bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a media lounge. For reservations of 6 days or more, ask us about a cleaning fee discount courtesy of the owner! Bella Lago is truly a Lake Martin luxury experience to behold so treat yourself and book today! We would love to host you! PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall. \*HOUSE RULES\* This is a non-smoking property. NO PETS! Do not move any indoor or outdoor furniture. Must be 25 years or older to rent. Occupancy shall not exceed number of persons allowed, 16 maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS! Place all trash in receptacles outside. Lock all windows and doors upon leaving the property. Exterior cameras may be in use. Do not use the concrete driveway to the left of the house that goes down to the water as a driveway or as a boat ramp. Three couples and our children stayed at the house over the 4th of July weekend, the house was perfect for us! We had three boys that loved the kayaks and paddle board and the parents loved that we were at the end of a quiet slough where we did not have to worry about boat traffic. The house had a wonderful upstairs area with 4 beds, bathroom and sitting area with TV that was perfect for the kids. The house had the best outdoor spaces of any house I have ever rented at the lake! The house was fully stocked with top of the line appliances.
