A big plus was the Doppler radar since my girlfriend is a storm chaser. It was cool to see something like that up close. Great for a couple or a couple with 2-3 kids. I would say kids over 9yrs of age staying in the lofts. Absolute gorgeous views on the top of the mountain. Property is secure being behind a gate.
