It is a basement walk out location, that detail could have been clearer in the posting. Worked out nicely though in the summer as it stayed cool. The footsteps on the floor above are very noticeable. I did not realize there would be a unit above us when booking, and you could hear every step they took, including a screaming toddler at all hours of the day. There was construction right outside our window for a good portion of our stay, no bakeware or spatulas for cooking, and we had to run through the sprinklers every morning when we left. When we tried to have a chill night in to watch tv, the family above us were stomping and running for so long that I asked the property owners to ask them to stop, and essentially all I got back was that it wasn’t quiet hours (10pm-6am). The unit was clean upon arrival, but that’s about the only good thing we have to say. We were quite disappointed.
