The property management company was easy to work with and very responsive to questions. The coffee, coffee shop giftcard, and complimentary donuts on arrival was a very nice welcome. Our one issue is that we were a large group that required 2 cars. Given how far away the unit is from the downtown area, it would be nice if two parking spaces were available for this space. Because the apartment is technically 2 units, it does appear to have two spaces but we were told that we couldn't use it. The entire parking garage was empty for the duration of our stay, so perhaps an option to rent an additional space could be available to future guests.
