The perfect getaway for family and friends, you will love this home away from home in Pioneer!  
  
Embrace the solitude offered by this beautiful five-bedroom private 2800-square-foot home. Surrounded by stunning views, breathe in the fresh mountain air as you sit upon the furnished outdoor deck, complete with an outdoor grill, comfortable seating, an outdoor fire pit, and a swing set in a spacious yard.  
  
Wood floors, high-vaulted ceilings, and an abundance of natural light help to cultivate this modern and comfortable retreat. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality appliances, including a stove, two refrigerators, a dishwasher and microwave, cookware, and plenty of indoor dining space.  
  
Enjoy a game of foosball with your friends while live sports play on the large HDTV. Alternatively, kick back and relax in the luxurious indoor infrared sauna or jacuzzi tub. For those seeking additional entertainment, access the Xbox 360 and Xbox Series S, both located in the game room.  
  
Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful brand-new crisp linens, pillows, and bed coverings. The home features six HDTVs, office space, a gym area, free onsite parking, free street parking, RV and boat parking, and three separate entrances to the 1.4 acres of fully fenced property, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.

Easy access to nearby attractions such as gold mining tours, multiple camping grounds, wineries, golfing, black cave tours, Jackson Rancheria Casino, Kirkwood Mountain Ski Resort, and more!  
  
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.  
  
\- Please put all recycled trash possible in a separate bin. There are four extra bins where you can put the recyclables and they will be towed away by Friday. Please make sure not to leave the trash bags out on the ground since the animals might rip them causing trash to get scattered all around the place.  
  
\- Please Note: A $100 fee will apply if trash is not placed inside the bins or if the kennel is unlocked. If you need extra storage for your trash bags, please let us know so that we can assist.  
  
\- Jacuzzi Fee is $50\. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use it.  
  
\- The main house driveway is not plowed so all guests will need to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up. 4x4 vehicles are recommended and tire chains during the winter season \*\*\*  
  
Bonfires are not allowed from May 1st till October 15th, they are only allowed from October 16th till April 30th.

#### Nice place to gather.

A few things need to be added. No washcloths at all. Only 1 hand towel in each bathroom, with no extras. Only 2 hands towels in the kithen with no backup. Knives were very dull. Hard to cut tomatoes. No body wash or soap in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. The dishwasher needs to be secured. You pull out lower tray to load and the whole thing falls forward. Yikes.
