The furniture was recently updated and very nice! ( it's not what is shown in the pictures) Carpet could for sure use an updating! Sofa saga and needs replacing, both bedrooms are upstairs but second bath is downstairs… not clearly disclosed on listing. Furniture in queen bedroom is arranged in a way that is dangerous. Several windows need to be repaired so they function accurately. Weeds along walkway and on deck, Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and bath amenities and linens were fine. Kitchen was functional and clean. 10 am checkout is ridiculously early. washer and dryer are new. Downstairs tv functional . This is not a particularly inexpensive rental but given the late check in and early check out, we felt ripped off. This is a Vacasa property and it has all of hallmarks of a property that the owners use only as a cash register with no pride of ownership. Advise avoiding them.
