"This hotel is 2nd to none ... By me having grown up in Jackson, I know the area and the city and knew of the hotel as the "King Edward" from back in the 90s. ELEGANCE should be the name of this place. I read the reviews and was skeptical at first, because I know a lot of hotels copy and paste pics from sister chain hotels and look nothing like the photos when u arrive. NOT HERE!!! Great staff, Great rooms, clean, smell good, comfy, cozy and breath taking views especially at night.ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! next time I'm home I'll be back"

"Jacksonville isn’t a good area but this hotel has a gate around the parking lot to give extra safety to your vehicle. The rooms seem to be newly remodeled and are extremely nice. The outside was under construction due to a remodel. The lady at night was just meh but the lady in the morning was a delight. We’d stay again if ever in the area. The room was better than the Hampton which is one of my favorites!"
