Tim was incredibly responsive and the home was wonderfully done. There was some confusion with the listing- we were expecting a three bedroom, however, the bunk room (with the three bunks) is almost like a large closet of the bedroom that has the bunk bed. This caused some trouble with sleeping children- but we were able to overcome. The porch is the PERFECT spot to sit outside. We paid for the hot tub and it was new and clean.
