The room wasn't clean especially the bathtub it was very scummy, the carpet was dirty and the hear didn't work. I've stayed at this property before and was very clean, and also, I didn't feel safe their people walking in and out the building all during the night, they kept the door prop open. Also, my building smelled of marijuana the entire time I stayed! I was so uncomfortable there i left two days early! I will never stay there again, and it wasn't called extended stay america there was a name change.

The Expedia listing did not accurately reflect the property. No amenities to include no breakfast/coffee and no internet. Description doesn't mention the additional charge for "any" housekeeping. Smoke detector in the room wasn't even connected. The only positive parts were is was relatively clean and the staff was nice, when available. There is no front desk support between 11pm and 7am.

Pictures worth a thousand words?
I wouldn’t really consider this a stay. This facility needs to be REMOVED from Hotels as a place to stay. The pictures and description online were DECEIVING! Upon arrival I understand EVERYONE needs somewhere to live or either stay if visiting from out of town but this place looked UNSAFE on the outside and inside! Once my husband and I got on the suspect looking elevator to the 3rd flr and entered the room the toilet did NOT flush and the air conditioner did NOT get cold! We immediately went back to the office to demand a refund!

Why accept a booking if you have no power?
I booked a suit. Made it to the hotel. Hotel had no power or anyone at the front desk. Reached out to Hotels.com for a refund and I still haven’t received it. I am not happy at all.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed.
This property is nasty. Our “non smoking “ room was awful. It smelled like smoke and my allergies were horrible. It is in a really bad part of town and there was screaming/fighting all night in the other rooms. They charged my card for a $100 deposit for damage and the charges showed up more than $100 for it and more than I paid for this nasty place. The floors were sticky and there wa blood on the bathroom door. I would not have stayed here if I could have found a hotel wi a reasonably close area. We did not feel safe one minute of this stay and they gouged us on the price. DONT. BOOK. THIS.

I didnt not stay the whole time i checked in and then checked right back out. My daughter got bit up by something and the place was hood and scary. Not in a good area. I wish i would have known i would have never spent my money on that place

Unsafe Location! Stay Away!
Unsafe location! The first thing you smell when you walk into the building is scented cigar smoke! First thing you see are bags of trash in the stairway! One day, I noticed what appeared to be a gray mountain bike on side of the building that was missing both tires! Groups of people were loitering in the parking lot day and night! This property will be on my "Do Not Stay List!"

wasn't clean and the young lady that was running a desk couldn't call the manager because the manager was at home sleep and the room was a disgrace to bed had all kind of stuff on it and also wouldn't put us another room because she said there was nothing available people smoking hanging outside and it was supposed to been security just horrible

Terrible place to stay not family friendly We asked for more wash clothes and was told to bring the old ones to the front desk to have them washed and given back to us most hotel will give guest extra wash clothes and towels never again will I come back here

I'm surprised it looked clean, it smelled like cigarettes and urine. The bathroom was missing the toilet paper holder, the sink cabinet was falling apart, there was an exhaust vent in the bath extremely dirty and broken. I cannot extend how unsafe I felt too. There was loud music in the cars in the parking lot, people yelling and at around 1am on a TUESDAY there was yelling and music outside and you could hear the people stomping on the room above mine.

Elevator didnt work, but the dedk lerk eas very nice she helped us get our luggage and grocies out of the vehicle and the room. We had 2 or 3 things wrong with the room and the mamage gave us a free night.
