We used sheets in closet that didnt fit deep mattress. Sink and bathtub drained slow. Fell on steps leaving propery while carrying heavy suitcase because last step is half step. Team gave me cleaning fee back but i told them that morning we were leaving becuase we couldnt trust towels were clean either. To make things worse sign on wash machine said do NOT clean sheets or towels, they have to be done by professional staff!! I told them we were checking out because of cleaning and sub par home for price. We left around 11 and still no one had come to replace sheets or towels. Spoke to several people and provided pics. Manager even said "Ew what is that?" When she saw sheet pic. I asked her if she would have slept there and she said No! I think I should have gotten refund for stay. It creeped us out seeing those sheets, totally unacceptable ##### S G.
