Condo had large, high end rub with clogged drain, large patio with no chairs, fancy stone tile work with sharp edges, nice curtains too narrow for the window, LR tv in poor location. Staff tried hard to fix issues, though.
Beautiful 3 bedroom condo with mountain views, free shuttle to town square. Plenty of bathrooms, underground assigned parking, full kitchen and washer/ dryer. Great place.
The condo was awesome!
The staff were extremely friendly.
Bridget the concierge was incredible!
Would definitely stay again.
Only suggestion would be to put humidifiers in the bedrooms of the condos. The air can get very dry around January and February.
We enjoyed the condo. It felt just like home and we enjoyed the fireplace and the view. The only thing was the hotel fee added at the end. I would highly recommend this condo to family and friends.
The luxury condo was great! Welcoming and comfortable. Many places to eat and shopping. The garage parking was a pleasant surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were hoping to get snowed in and have to cancel our flight so we could stay another day. Hoping to come back!
Experience was great. We were in JH for a family wedding. Having 3 rooms allowed room for extended family to stay in same unit. Kitchen allowed eating-in most meals & made caring for toddler easier. Property Service provided baby crib & baby chair. No daily cleaning service until end of stay. No big deal. A little too far for some family members to walk to JH shopping & entertainment village.
We stayed in condo at the grand view lodge. At 280$ price tag in Jackson I was looking for comfortable, clean and safe place. It exceeded our expectations with a full kitchen, living room with Murphy bed, big bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
It was a challenge to find the condos as it was dark by the time we checked in. Hotel should post directions on the road about the condo numbers instead of explaining on a piece of paper at the time of check in.
Altogether we enjoyed our stay. They have airport and Jackson downtown shuttle which runs every 30 minutes.
I couldn't turn on the fire space though.

A nice enough place but did not like hidden charge
It was a nice place but for the money you pay per night plus an extra $30 per day charge for services you may most likely not use was excessive.
I will say that it is in a beautiful setting.
But I found it not worth the value.
They should allow you to opt out of the extra $30 per day charge if you are not using their services!
Beautiful Condos ! Appropriate for long stay. Garage way to tight for average vehicle. Lots of stairs. We're told there was elevators at desk but apparently not all have them. The layout of condos with mountains behind was lovely but not easy to access!! Would recommend with appropriate conditions.
Spacious, spacious, spacious! 3 bedroom condo. High end everything....kitchen, (marble countertops) 2 fireplaces, bathroom larger than my own kitchen, wood floors and trim everywhere, leather couches, balcony with view, etc. For five people, this was cheaper than booking two simple hotel rooms!
Hotel is nice. Staff not helpful when hotels.com reservation was not apparently sent to them right. We reserved a 3 bedroom condo and were given a 1 bedroom, not okay for 6 people! They said it was hotels.coms fault? Unknown whose fault, but only thing that made it okay was that In the end they did give us a refund.
The Grand View Lodge was great. We did not know it was a condo but it was a welcome surprise. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The sitting room area was spacious and comfortable. We even had a deck and a garage for our vehicle. We were sorry our stay was just for one night. The only down side to this facility was not being able to find it. It is part of another lodge and was not directed to the location of the Grand View Lodge.
Stayed here in a one bedroom unit with parents for one night after visiting Yellowstone and Grand Teton. The unit was spacious, well appointed, very bright with lots of windows, and very clean. However, the king size bed was not just soft but lumpy and the sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable. You could almost feel the springs. Also, there's not a lot of sound proofing between the bedroom and living room so not great for light sleepers. The mountain and valley views from unit were great. Had trouble setting up the televisions in selecting the right components and powering up the cable box but they sent someone up right away to assist and followed up with a telephone call. Just a note that check in is at the Snow King Hotel (just below) and not at the Grand View Lodge. It would have been helpful if this was communicated somehow when the room was booked. Also, the directions by the front desk staff given to the assigned unit weren't very clear. You need to look for the building number and then the room number.
Great property but was surprised to learn upon arrival that this is actually a set of owner rental townhouses on the grounds of a differently branded resort, and therefore did not have daily room cleaning services and is not physically connected to the "parent" owner resort lodge. F&B service was pretty weak, as was most of the main Lodge's front desk associates. Nevertheless, it was a well located, well kept place to stay with some nice entertainment attractions on it's premises and a close proximity to the city's downtown square. Recommend it. John
Loved staying here! Spacious condo- nice to have kitchen for breakfasts/ lunches. Short walk/ drive to hotel with pool/ hot tub.
We learned that the hotel trays this as a home rental, so they did not provide daily refresh as they would In the hotel rooms. Take notice that there is a 30/day resort fee added to the charge for use of the facilities- this was a little steep considering we hardly used the facilities. But there was a small problem with our tv and maintenance came right away.
If you want to feel away and are ok to be independent of hotel staff this is a beautiful place.
We were truly amazed at the high standard of accommodation.
We wish we had booked for longer.
However, arriving late at night we were confused as to where we were supposed to check in. The hotel we booked was Grand View Lodge and didn't realise the Snow King entrance was part of the same hotel.
We only found reception by asking another quest, who incidentally had the same problem themselves when they arrived.
This did not spoil our stay. We will be back.

booked a three bedroom condo and was given a two bedroom with a den. Booked the third bedroom to have twin beds and received a murphy queen bed. One person slept on the cough. Water was on the floor from the refrigerator. Call the front desk and they sent over a service person. They turned the refrigerator on and told us to clean up the water. Would not recommend or use this hotel again.
I always go back to Snow King Resort and the Grand Lodge View Condos when I am in the area. The location is perfect and the mountain views are good if you get the top floor condo. One thing to mention - if you get the mountain view condo, make sure you realize the easiest way to drop off your baggage to bring to the top floor. The garage is on the bottom of the dwelling, so if you park in the garage, and then bring your bags up, you will be climbing up two flights of narrow stairs. The condo I had this year was in a little bit of need for up keeping - carpet was slightly worn, and the light fixture in the kitchen looked like it had been mangled from a previous occupant. But overall it was a very nice home away from home.
Great place to stay. Large spacious codos just outside town. Great alternative to the small rooms of downtown if you don't mind a short walk to town

Not as luxurious as depicted
We stayed at Grand View Lodge which is up a driveway from Snow King. The room was very spacious (full king bed and a queen Murphy bed) and two full bathrooms. However, the linens and furniture were very dated. We had no view. We had a small deck but no deck furniture. And to use the pool/hot tub, we had to walk down to Snow King. They also surprised us with a $30/day resort fee on top of our room rate. You also have to pay extra to have the room cleaned. In other words, there is no daily maid service included in the room rate.
There are plenty of cute motels in town with mountain views and I wish we had just stayed at one of those and saved money, too. Grand View Lodge is not worth the cost and not as nice as it appears in the photos.
We stay at mid to high caliber mountain condos regularly ... this condo was a major let-down. Facilities are ok; cookware and electronics are horrible. We literally would have been much better off tent camping as our camping supplies are 10x better quality compared to this place.
Save your money and look elsewhere.

Nice summertime getaway.
Great location to get out of the craziness of town during the summer. Close to the alpine slide, putt putt, and hiking. Fun park with climbing wall and playground within walking distance. Checkin was a little confusing since you check in at the ski lodge going by a different name than grand view. Pillows were terrible but condo was spacious and comfortable
The coffee pot was missing for the maker (broken?) as were batteries for the TV remote. Other than that the condo was very luxurious. The bed was comfortable and the balcony had a spectacular view!
The condos are more like town houses. They are very spacious, with large bedrooms/bathrooms, living room, open kitchen, 2 car garage. It is perfect for a large family and groups. Very clean and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall we very mich enjoyed our stay. The concierge Charlotte was extremely helpful.
Unfortunately our room was not serviced during our two-night stay.
Fees, fees, fees.
Found out at the desk that they had the cheesy "daily resort fee" which amounts to just another way to soak guests out of a few dollars.
Then found out that they were going to charge daily parking on a condo unit when the condo unit had its very own parking spot.
Be forewarned, they just nickel and dime here.
Some of the rooms are unused condos 1/4 mile from the the hotel, so using any of the hotel amenities is a pain in the butt.
Wouldnt stay here again.
The condo was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful inside, nice balcony if you had insect repellent. Could not connect to WI-Fi for some reason even though the router was in the room. The "Resort charge" of 30.00 per day extra for use of the pool, hot tub, and gym was BS. Excessive and unnecessary.
Walkable to downtown. Large. Great for two couples with a week in Jackson. Loved both decks and the kitchen. Our unit had two washers and dryers. Only down side was walking up three flights of stairs after a day hiking.
Great experience! Stayed in a Studio Condo at The Grandview Lodge. Our room and all of the amenities were superb. The Hayden restaurant was wonderful as well. Plan to use them for friends and family coming to JH for our daughters wedding!
