« Overall, the stay was very good. We were a little unsure of the bed sizes until we got there. The bunkbeds are full over full and not twin sizes, so that helped. We did have 12 people so we did utilize every bed.There were plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Having 2.5 bathrooms definitely helped with a group this size.We wished the fire table would have been downstairs or even a firepit, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. « This house worked great for the four of us (wife, mom, dad, myself, and two small dogs). It was clean, had good wifi/internet, and washer and dryer. We streamed YouTube TV and connected to work with no buffering or loss of service. The hosts were great.Neighbors were friendly, good natured, and conversational. We'll definitely stay here again. »

« Very well maintained, water preasure could have been a little better. Using 2 bathrooms dropped the pressure a lot, access to the lake was very good too, could use 2 garbage dumpsters got to be very over full, overall great place to stay »

« This is our second time staying here . Karen,Joe,and Ross are the best !! They go out of their way to make your stay awesome ! They are friendly, kind, and so accommodating to whatever you may need to make your stay comfortable! We love the furnishings, the peaceful surroundings! Sit outside and enjoy the peaceful serene evening ! If your quiet you can even hear the birds sing. ‘Thanks again. !! See you all again on our next trip to Iowa! »

« When we first arrived there was trash in the yard and bushes. As we were bringing things inside we noticed very sticky spots on the floor. The counters were dirty, see attached photo of dirty cleaning wipes we had to buy. We had to vacuum immediately. As we were getting ready for bed, the bedding was dirty. Full of long black hair, chips, and lots of stains. We brought the concerns up with the property manager and she was able to deliver new stuff 4 hours later which was a long time of us...

« We had such a nice stay! The location is just perfect! You can walk for coffee, restaurants, shopping, and bars. We spent most of our time enjoying the back deck, yard, dock, and boat hoist. It was the perfect location to enjoy the lake! The house is clean and updated. Our host was easy to contact. There are only 2 bathrooms (for 11 people), which was a challenge first thing in the morning, but it was not a huge deal! I would HIGHLY recommend this property! »
