It is located in a quiet cove near Indian River Marina. You will have your own boat slip with electric and boat ramp as well as free trailer parking on premises and 2 kayaks. It is perfect for fishing, kayaking and swimming. If you like a cabin, but enjoy upgraded amenities this is the place for you. We are 6 miles from I-75, Norris Dam, Cove Lake State park and Jacksboro, TN is Nestled right in the Great Smokey Mountains. Shopping and restaurants are just minutes away or have your food delivered! ACTIVITIES: Golf at Greens at Deerfield Golf at LaFollette County Club Cumberland Trail State Park Daniel Boone Wilderness Trail Dollywood Norris Lake Marinas Gatlinburg area attractions ATV at Ride Royal Blue HOUSE RULES: 1)AGE OF GUESTS - One adult age 24 or older in the rental group and 9 people max. 2)LISTED GUESTS ONLY - Only listed guests can stay overnight, other persons in property are the responsibility of guest and breaking the rules. 3)LIABILITY - Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness that occurs while on the premises or it's facilities including during the use of the kayaks provided by the host. Guests need to check kayaks for any damages before use. If damaged, don’t kayak and contact the owner. You must provide and wear life jackets for your safety. Plenty of room for a smaller family. And it’s a quiet cove, which gives all the access to the big lake, but also a retreat from the chaos of the big lake when you want it. The kayaks are a sweet extra when you want to explore the quiet cove without getting swamped by a big cruiser. Working with the owner made us feel like extended family rather than customers. It was very nicely decorated and spotless. The furnishings are in impeccable condition and everything looked new. The owner supplied so many items not typically found in rentals (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, condiments, spices, laundry detergent, etc.). The dock slip was very convenient, but I would not count on the private ramp unless lake levels are 1016 or higher. It was not a problem as there are many ramps in the area. Grilling in the evening and listening to music from the marina was perfect. Beds are comfortable and AC kept humidity in check. This house was perfect for our family of 8, we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the house and thoughtfulness of the host. They had everything you could’ve needed and more!
