ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:  
Parera Lane Hot Tub Hideaway offers that home away from home feel with all the modern conveniences you need for a perfect holiday. With its stunning design, premium amenities, and prime location, it’s more than just a place to stay – it’s your gateway to everything Queenstown has to offer.  
  
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:  
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms  
Master bedroom: 1 x King (does not split) with ensuite bathroom  
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds  
Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen (does not split)

All guests must be 25 years old or over. Any guest under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  
  
PRIVACY ACT:  
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.  
  
Access will be via self-check in with lockbox. The lockbox code will be available via the guest app 30 days prior to arrival.  
  
The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.  
  
Parera Lane | Hot Tub Hideaway is a 3 minute drive to the Jack Point golf club and just a short drive to the Remarkables Mountain range.

\- Minimum age requirement: 25 years or older for the leading group member.  
\- Fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels, and standard departure clean.  
\- Prices are for up to the maximum number of guests the property can accommodate.  
\- Residential use only – no parties or events. The property is for accommodation by registered Guest(s) and the number of occupants nominated at the time of booking. It must not be used for parties, functions, or gatherings.  
\- As agreed with the Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:  
No amplified sound or music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm – 8:00 am.
