This fabulous two-storey property is set in the hills that surround Iznate, in the eastern area of the province of Malaga. The vista offered and the quietness provided ensure some relaxing holidays for the whole family. Also, the unique design and authentic furniture guarantee an unforgettable stay. The ground floor welcomes a round-shaped living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa, where you can have a relaxing siesta, a fireplace, and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by picturesque brick arches. The ground floor is also provided with a bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms: one of them is furnished with a double bed, whereas the other features two single beds. Upstairs, a unique, round-shaped bedroom provides a double bed and access to a spectacular private terrace overlooking the hilly landscape. You can relax around the outdoor table, and let yourself fall in love with the panorama. Back inside, a bathroom with a shower completes the indoor facilities. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold. The outdoor space welcomes a wrap-around porch, featuring two tables for dining "al fresco" and sun loungers for relaxing. In the backyard, the brick-built BBQ allows you to prepare delicious specialities to share with your beloved ones. The cherry on the pie, however, is the private pool, thanks to which you can refresh and enjoy the warm sunshine of the area. The poolside sun loungers are also ideal for relaxing and sunbathing as much as you want. And last, but not least, the views of the enveloping hills, which you can enjoy while resting in the well-maintained garden. Mar 12, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Extérieur de la villa très joli mais trop de problèmes Malgré une très bonne communication avant notre voyage permettant, entre autres, l'ajout d'un chauffage roulant très nécessaire, et un accueil gentil et parfait avec des avocats délicieux et quelques courses de premier soir, il y a eu un manque notoire de vérifications concernant les aspects techniques et domestiques de la villa: fuite d'eau importante à la douche du haut + lavabo inutilisable à cause des remontées de canalisations; lave-linge non opérationnel et lave-vaisselle oxydé à l'intérieur; accessoires de cuisine oxydés: grilles-pain et grille viande (grille-pain changé pendant notre séjour), 4 chaises de cuisine défraîchies dont 2 cassées et donc dangereuses, tapis de sol de lit tachés, fauteuil au dossier lacéré dans salon, tissus des fauteuils de l'entrée et du canapé de la chambre de l'étage sale sans doute depuis des années, A ajouter à cela une arrivée d'eau chaude très lente et aléatoire au lavabo de la salle de bain du RDC. Et enfin un accès très difficile à la villa d'abord à l'entrée avec une pente raide et très courte en virage jusqu'à la porte grille s'ouvrant lentement avec une télécommande. Il faut espérer ne pas caler sur cette petite pente très raide. Ensuite restent 350m à franchir sur un chemin également périlleux. Maria, très brave femme pourtant, fournirait-elle le même discours à tous les vacanciers qui se succèdent et se plaignent de cet ensemble de choses? Mon mari n'a pas eu le temps de....voulez-vous que l'ouvrier vienne réparer demain? nous pouvons changer les machines dès demain....Ce n'est pas raisonnable: il est impossible d'accepter de voir des ouvriers pendant un séjour de vacances durant lequel on fait des projets. Le fait est qu'on ne s'attend pas à un tel manque de confort et d'entretien concernant des prestations minimales. La villa est vieille, les installations aussi, Il faut savoir qu'il s'agit là tout au plus d'une villa d'été où il sera bon d'être toujours dehors l'été car l'intérieur est très sombre. Reste que les prestations générales ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé hiver ou été. C'est dommage. Points positifs: draps en flanelles bien chauds et literie de bonne qualité, TV neuve, Tranquillité du site assurée, vue fantastique à 360° (attention: pas de possibilité de marches à pied à partir de la villa car route à virages). Tout est dit avec la plus grande honnêteté et à ma grande tristesse. Jamais nous n'avons vécu une telle déception comparé à nos autres locations. Désolée. Janine ##### Janine C. Pool, Grill, Kamin, Küchenausstattung, Handtücher, WLAN usw. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Lage auf einem Hügel bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die Gegend und den Ort Iznate (Restaurants und kleiner Supermarkt). Ein PKW ist in unseren Augen erforderlich für Fahrten zu den Stränden (15-20 Min, Supermärkten, Ausflugszielen und natürlich Anfahrt zum Haus durch eine schöne Mangoplantage). Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten rund um das Haus für Sonnenhungrige und Schattensucher. Schöner großer tiefer Pool. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin Maria ist herzlich und sie steht für jede Hilfe zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub in Eurer Finca. Maria ist eine sehr herzliche, freundliche und immer erreichbare Vermieterin. Das Haus liegt oberhalb von dem kleinen Dorf Iznate. Man muss von einer Bergstraße eine etwas kleinere, aber asphaltierte Privatstraße hoch. Oben auf dem Hügel angekommen tront dann die wunderschöne Finca mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick! Es gibt alles was man braucht und der Pool ist einfach der Knaller! 😉 Zum Stand fährt man ca. 15-20 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen man schon eher. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden, um dort erholsame Tage zu verbringen. Der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool bietet die notwendige Abkühlung an den heißen Sommertagen. Wir haben es alle sehr genossen. Die Auffahrt zum Haus selbst ist schon etwas steil, aber fast vollständig bis zum Haus durch Beton befestigt, daher schon sehr gut zu befahren. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you will need. The 3 bedrooms were a good size with A/C and a fan in the twin room. The showers were powerful and hot, with plenty of towels for the bathroom and pool. The outside was spacious with a large and deep pool, with a BBQ and loungers to the side. Maria was very friendly and prompt to arrive and answer questions. The restaurant in Iznate 'Bar Andulaisa' had delicious food for all and a very friendly manager. A car is essential. The roads are windy but manageable. It took us 30 minutes drive to Nerja and 20 to Torre del Mar from the house. Malaga airport is about 35 minutes. We spent a very relaxing 10 days here.
