Staff muy atento, AC de la habitación eficiente, desayuno buffet empezaba a las 7 pero a las 8 aún faltaban un par de guisados, estacionamiento de tamaño limitado pero el personal maximiza de manera correcta el espacio para que los autos estén bajo resguardo. Por su ubicación llega algo de ruido de la vida nocturna de afuera, quienes sean sensibles a esto deben tenerlo presente.

Clean and comfortable. The host had addressed the small issue promptly. I suggest to provide more utensils and blackout blinds in the living room area to help keep the heat out. This is a place I would recommend and definitely come back to. Steven M Boca Raton, Florida USA

Great location and service, with a few areas for improvement- We had a very nice stay at Hotel Villa Ganz. The location is excellent — close to many attractions and easy to get around either on foot or with a short Uber ride. The staff were outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The property itself is charming, with beautiful grounds and a lovely garden restaurant. Dining in the courtyard was a highlight, and the food was very good. There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The bathroom felt a bit outdated and not quite in line with expectations for a five-star boutique property. While the room was comfortable overall, a mini fridge would have been especially helpful given the warm weather. An in-room iron or steamer would also be a convenient addition for quick touch-ups, even though laundry service is available. Overall, this is a warm, well-located boutique hotel with excellent service. With a few updates and added amenities, it would be even better.
