"The accommodation was amazing. The cottage itself was large and spacious but still warm and cozy. All the windows had amazing views of the snow. It was a few minutes walk from Iwatake gondola and ski rentals. The runs down from iwatake were some of my favourites.
The host Yutaka was great and met us at the station and dropped us off. We didnt have a car so this really helped us.
We absolutely loved the place.
If you are not driving you can get the hakuba valley shuttle buses to most places...

"This hotel is a giant log house, situated in a beautiful street of similar buildings. Nothing beats waking up to fresh snow falling outside your window (massive glass windows) and sipping on a hot cup of tea. The room was very cosy and comfortable! I had the best sleeps here. After a hard day of snow boarding, coming back to just sit in front of the fire, watch the snow fall, have a bath or have drinks with friends in the common area was absolutely amazing!! Wish I never had to leave! 10/10!!!! "
