This home is decorated to the nines and bursting with a stunning contemporary feel featuring high-end furnishings, tile floors, tall ceilings, and unique wall art. To the left of the front door is an open living room with a leather sofa set, accent chairs, and a TV for movie nights with the group after a long day playing. If you can't all decide on the same movie, feel free to make use of the other five TVs around the home and the Ping-Pong table in the garage. Feeding 20 hungry travelers can be quite the feat. But the huge, well-equipped kitchen makes that job just that much easier. Along with granite countertops and stainless steel major appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and mixer are also provided for guest cooking. Set food up along the vast island to let everyone grab food buffet style, then take a seat inside at the island or dining table, or head out to the balcony to eat in the great outdoors. After dinner, head downstairs to play air hockey or board games in the great room. Then head outside to soak in the private hot tub before bed. Everyone will be begging for a return trip after your stay at this impressive Southern Utah home. As part of the beautiful and inclusive Paradise Village at Zion community in Santa Clara, you'll find great amenities like resort-style pools, a 20-person shared hot tub, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. A wonderful public park is within walking distance, and picturesque Zion National Park is a perfect day trip (48 miles away). Although this great neighborhood can easily keep the family happily occupied, feel free to venture out and find other fun activities. Archie Gubler Park is just down the street and houses playgrounds, splash pads, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, and baseball diamonds. Drive eight miles into St. George to shop at the outlets, walk on main street, and tour the LDS temple grounds. Hiking and golf courses can be found all around the valley, and don't miss out on seeing a musical performance or Broadway show at Tuacahn Amphitheater three and a half miles away. With Zion National Park a day's trip away, you'll need to plan for a day spent hiking and seeing the breathtaking red rock canyons there. There are plenty of family-friendly hikes like the Riverwalk and Lower Emerald Pools, as well as expert hikes like Angel's Landing and The Subway. Jun 15, 2025 #### Fun for a big group This was a nice house in a great location, and it had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked, and having a hot tub on site was really nice. We loved the pools in Paradise Village - they provided a lot of entertainment in the 95+degree weather. The location is great for attending shows at Tuacahn - it’s nice to have a short drive after a late night out. The kitchen island was amazingly huge, there was plenty of space to serve food to 20 people, which was helpful for our extended family stay. We’d recommend this house to large families/groups of friends, we appreciated all of the en-suite bathrooms and private space for different families but also good central gathering areas. We stayed a week here with a fairly large group with lots of kids and infants. House was clean, well stocked, and had TONS of room for kids between the two bunk rooms, pull out beds, trundles etc… hot tub was nice, house was clean on arrival, and nearby pools were awesome for everyone. We were able to crockpot a meal one night, grill the next, and oven bake a meal another night with everything needed to accommodate that. Loved having a bathroom for every room. Only thing is that description says there are 3 rooms with king beds. This wasn’t true and there were only two with kings, rest were queens. But not a dealbreaker. One of the pools is very close to the house, but the kids favorite pool with the Kids cove and lazy river was a bit of a walk. Some of us with littles ended up driving over there. There are a few parking spots nearby. Kids loved the waterslides and pool was a good temp. hot tubs were hot too! -Parking is great, there is a small parking lot right next to the house so that was perfect for our extra cars. - House has nice furnishings and couches. Tons of kitchenware, including a crockpot & a blender, and lots of spices in the cupboard. - All the bathrooms DO come stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Wish we had known that so we didnt have to pack it. - They did offer us late check-out, which was nice, but it wasn't free. We had to pay for it. Glad we did though! CONS: -Backyard/patio is not very private. You are less than 20 feet away from a house behind you with no wall in between so we never used the hot tub because it is summer and by the time we'd want to use it (late at night), we were afraid we'd disturb the neighbors bc they are so close! Wish there was more privacy. - The lazy river is small. Alot smaller than Arcadia. And therefore, no tubes are provided. You can bring your own floats though. - The fun pool with the kids cove and lazy river is about a 5-7 min walk away. You can drive over there though. - The pool does not have alot of shaded lounge chairs. Those get taken first. - No pool towels were provided at the pool or the house. It would have been nice not to have to pack those. -The mattresses are very squeaky and cheap. They weren't very comfortable. One of the couples pulled their mattress onto the ground and my husband ended up moving to the couch! - It was alittle frustrating communicating with a property management company vs the actual owner of the house. The management co wasn't always sure about an answer. Ex: I had asked if there was a crockpot, they said No, and when we got there, we found one. Would have been nice not to pack one. The property was nice, but most of the rooms had either bunkbeds or full sized beds. The master bedroom was hotter than the other rooms in the house. If you have large vehicles, the driveways are small so you’ll have to find additional parking. For 3 1/2 days, it was expensive. ##### Lara G. Our family loves this place and will definitely be back again and again. This house beyond meets our needs and is very comfortable with every room having a bathroom, well stocked kitchen, entertainment for the kids and space for all. So many fun local amenities with the pools, waterpark, playground, pickle ball courts, trails, baseball fields, and Harmons all within walking distance. Plenty towels, silverware, cooking supplies. Home was clean and well maintained. Only complaint was the fridge didn’t keep things super cold. ##### Monty M. We enjoyed our time there and there was plenty of room for everyone. Some upgrades could be used -- the front burner on the stove would only ignite 40% of the time. The repairman came in to check and told us we had "gotten the burner wet". No, you need to do a repair on the stove. Ice maker didn't work (no, we didn't over use it), so, if you are renting this property, plan on bringing your own ice. The property was well equipped with dishes, silverware, small appliances etc. A garage fridge would be nice with a capacity of 24 guests. Also, you should probably replace the coffee maker -- it won't register that the pot is in place and hence, won't brew (we used a spatula to get the pot in the right position for brewing). ##### Vickie J.
