This home is decorated to the nines and bursting with a stunning contemporary feel featuring high-end furnishings, tile floors, tall ceilings, and unique wall art. To the left of the front door is an open living room with a leather sofa set, accent chairs, and a TV for movie nights with the group after a long day playing. If you can't all decide on the same movie, feel free to make use of the other five TVs around the home and the Ping-Pong table in the garage. Feeding 20 hungry travelers can be quite the feat. But the huge, well-equipped kitchen makes that job just that much easier. Along with granite countertops and stainless steel major appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and mixer are also provided for guest cooking. Set food up along the vast island to let everyone grab food buffet style, then take a seat inside at the island or dining table, or head out to the balcony to eat in the great outdoors. After dinner, head downstairs to play air hockey or board games in the great room. Then head outside to soak in the private hot tub before bed. Everyone will be begging for a return trip after your stay at this impressive Southern Utah home. As part of the beautiful and inclusive Paradise Village at Zion community in Santa Clara, you'll find great amenities like resort-style pools, a 20-person shared hot tub, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. A wonderful public park is within walking distance, and picturesque Zion National Park is a perfect day trip (48 miles away). Although this great neighborhood can easily keep the family happily occupied, feel free to venture out and find other fun activities. Archie Gubler Park is just down the street and houses playgrounds, splash pads, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, and baseball diamonds. Drive eight miles into St. George to shop at the outlets, walk on main street, and tour the LDS temple grounds. Hiking and golf courses can be found all around the valley, and don't miss out on seeing a musical performance or Broadway show at Tuacahn Amphitheater three and a half miles away. With Zion National Park a day's trip away, you'll need to plan for a day spent hiking and seeing the breathtaking red rock canyons there. There are plenty of family-friendly hikes like the Riverwalk and Lower Emerald Pools, as well as expert hikes like Angel's Landing and The Subway. We stayed a week here with a fairly large group with lots of kids and infants. House was clean, well stocked, and had TONS of room for kids between the two bunk rooms, pull out beds, trundles etc… hot tub was nice, house was clean on arrival, and nearby pools were awesome for everyone. We were able to crockpot a meal one night, grill the next, and oven bake a meal another night with everything needed to accommodate that. Loved having a bathroom for every room. Only thing is that description says there are 3 rooms with king beds. This wasn’t true and there were only two with kings, rest were queens. But not a dealbreaker. We enjoyed our time there and there was plenty of room for everyone. Some upgrades could be used -- the front burner on the stove would only ignite 40% of the time. The repairman came in to check and told us we had "gotten the burner wet". No, you need to do a repair on the stove. Ice maker didn't work (no, we didn't over use it), so, if you are renting this property, plan on bringing your own ice. The property was well equipped with dishes, silverware, small appliances etc. A garage fridge would be nice with a capacity of 24 guests. Also, you should probably replace the coffee maker -- it won't register that the pot is in place and hence, won't brew (we used a spatula to get the pot in the right position for brewing). ##### Vickie J. Great layout, each room had a bathroom so no families had to share and having the downstairs living room as a hangout for the kids worked great. AC worked really well. The pools on the property were great. The fitness center isn't much to speak of but its a good area for going out to run. The house was only stocked with a little bit of laundry soap, dishwasher soap and trash bags but there is a grocery store right down the street so it worked out ok. The pictures show basketball, volleyball and pickleball but that is technically at the park next door and you have to bring all your own equipment. The bedrooms were all well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room areas were also well suited for multiple adults and children. The only issue this time was that I didn’t get an email with the codes and was never able to get ahold of the property manager even after leaving a couple messages.
