The patio furniture was broken, which was a huge bummer for our family since we wanted to sit outside and watch the kids play. The proximity to the pool and clubhouse was great. We love the area and the house provided great bikes and other activities to use while staying here. Some negatives are that the pool was supposed to be heated but was only warm one out of the three days we were there. The house itself could have been cleaner. May 13, 2020 #### The best little house in Paradise Village Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several houses in PV. And in this house 4 times. This one is the best. It has the most games, bikes, kitchen accessories, bath accessories etc.. it has the best and the most of everything. The location is unbeatable, the hot tub is always maintained and hot. It’s so clean, and well maintained. We call it our second home. Incredibly frustrating. \- Access code didn't work upon arrival.- Locked out for hours at night.- Management company is hard to reach.- Heating didn’t work. Feb 25, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Over all great house We stayed at paradise village quite a bit. Love this neighborhood! This house was probably the most banged up and least stocked out of all the ones we’ve stayed at. The biggest issue was the thermostat.. We had to turn it off because whenever we turned the heat on, it would just run nonstop. We would try to turn it down then go back to check on it and it was kicked back to a higher temp than we set it at. Night time got cold but that’s better than sweating. ##### Jordan M. The house had a great layout and was awesome. The only issue was the splash pad didn't work as expected. I called maintenance 3 times and was told someone would be out to look at it and no one ever showed up and I never heard back. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying at this property. We would stay here again. However, we have noticed some general decline in the furnishings from wear and tear over the past couple of years. Cushions on the chairs around the table and one at the island bar have lost their spring and desperately need to be replaced. There are two chairs for adults on the back patio and one was in a total state of disrepair. This unit could stand to have a few more chairs for the patio to accommodate a few more adults. The splash pad is very enjoyable for younger children. The home was clean. Great location with excellent pools. ##### Shane I. Loved the hot tub and loved having a pool basically in our backyard. The splash pad had some issues and the water level didn’t get up very high, which was disappointing. Also, we had trouble with the drinking water from the fridge and next to the sink as neither would work. They did come to look at it but it didn’t fix the issue. Regardless, we had a blast here. Loved the kids bunk room. Love that there are two rooms with king beds. Would definitely recommend, just hopefully the splash pad and drinking water issues would be fixed by then. ##### Connor G. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location and the amenities at Lily Pad Place. This is one of the best homes we have ever used. We loved the games/bikes/activities that were part of the home's allure. The proximity to the pickleball courts was a real plus as a family that is one of our favorite activities. We also enjoyed how close we were to snow canyon. However, there was definitely a cleanliness issue. My daughter found someone's sock, and a hairball in her "freshly" made bed. That discovery cast a shadow over the cleanliness of the home itself.
