Really spacious. We are a family of 6 and we still had a bedroom we didnt even go into. Great location near Snow Canyon. There is a new supermarket 2 min away but most other stuff is a longer drive. But the benefit there is that the scenery and surrounding areas are beautiful. The views from the deck and ground floor are breathtaking, but will be somewhat blocked soon by new development. And on that development... It was advertised that there was new development down the block from this house. During our stay, there was work being done on all 4 sides of the house, starting early AM (7/7:30). Every time we needed to back out of the driveway, some construction crew would have to shift over. It wasn't a huge deal, but we did feel that there was some misinformation in the posting about how close this work was. The work is also just starting, so this will likely be the case through 2021\. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The construction was an annoyance, but did not take away from how great this property was otherwise.
