Fully renovated with 3 beds, 2 baths and a spacious front porch with 4 rocking chairs. Nice deck with a grill and outdoor dining to wrap up a day on the lake. This house is only 2 miles from J P Coleman State Park and boat ramp. There is a wrap around drive for easy boat access and outdoor outlets for boat charging. Rentals of wave runners, pontoons and ski boats are available nearby. It was clean, the bedrooms were a perfect size with comfortable beds, there were fans in one of the closets which was a wonderful plus, and the bathrooms were clean and updated. This home is literally at the top of the hill of J.P. Coleman state park and there is a pull around driveway that is great for my dad pulling a boat.
