Our property is located less than three minutes from Mississippi Valley State University, and just around the corner from Capricorn's Internet Cafe. It's an ideal place for someone visiting the area who is attending events on campus, etc. The home is full of Southern charm that is accented by modern features and appliances. However , when driving up to the property, the area is run down , dirty , nothing around to do or shop . Looked like if we got out we would be mugged , so we just kept on driving without stopping . We unfortunately found out why it was not refundable.
