Extrategicamente placed with all the orientations. Possibly with better conference to the sea and to the mountain that it could find. Terrace of 270 m 2 orientated to the sea and 2000 m2 in plain about the house.
The closest beach, Playa Cabria, is just 6km from the house.
Malaga airport is 70km away, one hour by car.
This house has been decorated by taste and conscientiousness to the purest Andalusian style. Here calmness and tranquility is breathed, is the suitable place for the one that wants to get lost in the time. The sights to the sea, to the people(village) and to the mountain are impressive. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this house can receive with comfort 6 persons. Beautiful house with spectacular views

We very much enjoyed our stay here every single day. This beautiful house has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the location is great. Views around the sea and mountains, with a spectacular sunrise and sunset every day. Communication with the owners was smooth and reliable. Fran and his wife are very hospitable and do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This house is highly recommended!

A wonderful vacation

It was our first time in this house in Almunecar and what can I say - anytime again!!! A fantastically beautiful house with an even more breathtaking view. Everything went smoothly from our arrival to our departure and the host is very accommodating. The house offers everything you need and the outdoor area with pool, plenty of seating and sunbathing areas is very well maintained. As you can see from the pictures, the property is a little higher up, the approach is a little challenging but once you arrive you are rewarded with a fantastic view. It will certainly not have been our last vacation here.

House in the mountains, Very secluded, not overlooked, superb view of the sea. Francesco and his wife are great hosts. Very friendly and easy to contact. I recommend them with my eyes closed. Casa en las montañas, Muy aislada, sin vecinos, magníficas vistas al mar. Francesco y su esposa son grandes anfitriones. Muy amables y fáciles de contactar. Los recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.

This villa is a traditional Spanish Villa and has great outside space! The pool is lovely and clean. The views are spectacular and you have a great view of the sea. The outside areas are really nice as you have 3 different areas you can sit and relax. There are plenty of sun beds to use whilst by the pool! Hiring a car is a must and it needs to be an automatic to be able to tackle the climb up to the villa. Fran and his lovely wife were there to help at all times! The internet stopped working and Fran replaced it by the next morning. They are on hand to message with any questions at all times. The only thing I think that would make it easier would be to have more of a conventional oven to use! Thank you Fran for the fresh mangos.

Très bonne expérience

Très bon séjour en famille. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et vous montre le trajet pour monter jusqu’à à la maison. Concernant, l’hygiène rien n’est à redire, la maison est propre. L’annonce est identique à ce que nous avons eu. Attention cependant au trajet qui peut être rude, à éviter pour les jeunes conducteurs.

Eine Traumoase!

Wir waren für drei Wochen im September/Oktober da und hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub. Das Haus war perfekt für uns. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation war zu jeden Zeitpunkt sichergestellt. Bei Fragen standen Fran und seine Frau mit Rat und Tat zu Seite. Die Übergabe war völlig unkompliziert und der Treffpunkt leicht zu finden. Die Auffahrt zum Haus dauert 8 Minuten und man sollte sich am besten ein Automatikgetriebe zulegen. Man gewöhnt sich schnell an die neuen Gegebenheiten. Ein versierter Autofahrer sollte man aber schon sein. Oben angekommen genießt man einen phänomenalen Ausblick! Man hat einen 360 Grad Panoramablick auf das Meer und in die Berge. Sagenhaft schön. Man kann beobachten wie die Sonne auf- und untergeht. Morgens genießt man die Stille bei einem Kaffee und lässt den Blick schweifen. Man ist den ganzen Tag über den Ausblick fasziniert. Es gab in dem Haus an jedem Fenster Fliegengitter. Somit konnte man immer schön durchlüften, ohne dass die Fliegen oder Mücken direkt ins Haus kamen. Mücken hatten wir erstaunlich wenig, das kennen wir sonst anders. Im Haus war alles vorhanden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Tagestouren. Fazit: Wir haben uns so gut erholt und wohlgefühlt, dass wir direkt für das nächste Jahr erneut bei Fran und seiner Frau gebucht haben. Danke Fran für die vielen zuckersüßen und sehr aromatischen Mangos!

Schöner Aussenbereich

Gesammteindruck ist gut. Man könnte ein paar Upgrades machen ( Betten, Ventilatoren, Sonnenschirm, Mobiliar ). Der Aussenbereich ist super und die Aussicht atemberaubend, die bezahlt man aber mit der Auffahrt. Der Weg zum Haus ist zwar nicht unbeding lang ( ca. 8 Minuten), aber doch sehr anspruchsvoll. Alles in Allem hatten wir wunderschöne Ferien.

Vacaciones Fantásticas!!

Estuvimos una semana en el mes de Agosto y solo podemos decir que tanto el trato de los propietarios y la casa son una maravilla, no le falta de nada, una casa muy limpia y cuidada. Fran y su mujer han estado pendientes por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa, las vistas son un lujo! Sin duda repetiremos!!

Una casa con vistas 360° y al mar

Llegar a la casa es toda una aventura pero el propietario nos vino a buscar y nos dio todo tipo de indicaciones para hacer el camino más fácil y sortear las "dificultades". Una vez llegas a la casa el exterior y las vistas son inmejorables. Granada es un lugar caluroso en los meses de verano y quizás en algún momento echamos en falta tener aire acondicionado ya que solo ofrecen unos ventiladores. Hay ciertas cosas que quizás requerían de mantenimiento y limpieza pero en general bien. Nos dio seguridad tener alarma y cámaras de videovigilancia en la estancia ya que es una casa en medio de la montaña. Es una zona muy tranquila y a 15 minutos de Almuñécar y sus playas. También nos dieron muchas recomendaciones de playas y ocio en la zona.

Det har været en fantastisk ferie, i et dejligt klassisk spansk hus, med en beliggenhed som er uovertruffen. Udsigt 360 grader rundt. Fantastisk pool og terrasse. Udlejer Fran og hans kone var super søde og hjælpsomme. Alt ser ud som på billederne. Sengene kunne have været bedre, men alt i alt, er det en super dejlig villa-chalet.

Atemberaubender Ausblick und wunderbare Gastgeber

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Im Voraus wurden alle Fragen per Email oder später per WhatsApp geklärt. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist, wie es viele schon beschrieben haben, sehr abenteuerlich. Unsichere oder unerfahre Autofahrer sind hier fehl am Platz. Das Haus, die Einrichtung und die Gastgeber sind perfekt. Trotz Verständigungsschwierigkeiten hat alles super geklappt! Während unseres Aufenthalt ist der Vermieter mehrmals vorbei gekommen um den Pool zu reinigen. Auch Ausflugstipps konnten wir ganz unkompliziert per WhatsApp anfragen. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass man mit der Sonne "wandern" konnte und so immer Sonne oder eben Schatten hatte. Wir sind mit zwei kleinen Kindern gereist. Hierauf sind die Vermieter auch eingegangen und haben neben einem Babybett auch ein Beistellbett zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Danke für Alles!

Schönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt , die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Allerdings ist Auffahrt etwas herausfordernd zum Haus zu kommen , man fährt steil auf einer schmalen Straße den Berg hinauf , aber oben angekommen wird man dafür belohnt.

Wunderbarer Panoramameerblick

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, der Meerblick ein Traum. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr günstig für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, in den benachbarten Städtchen kann schön flaniert und geshoppt werden. Traumhaft sind die Strände, die Küste heißt nicht umsonst Tropical.

calm place in a spectecular environment

This cottage surpassed our expectations! We rented the Finca for a week of remote work and notwithstanding working literally remote - the internet worked perfectly fine for double video conferences. The place is beautiful: Embedded in a calm environment with a stunning view over the mountain and the sea, this is highly recommended if you like your holidays quite and far from any touristic rush. Yet, all the necessities for self supply, such as supermarkets, are easy to reach within a 10-15mins car drive. Contrary to some reviewers we thought the drive up the hill is no problem at all for average drivers. The cottage has all the amenities you need and the fireplace makes it cozy - if - winter nights become too chilly to enjoy the sweet sunset from the huge terrace. Granada and the Sierra Nevada are only 40-50 mins by car, the beach can be reached within 10mins by car - therefore you have a lot of different options for spare time activities. The owners were super kind and helpful, making this a perfect stay!
