My wife & daughter both used the women's onsen multiple times and were very impressed. We had both the breakfast and dinner buffets, and I would say they were par for the course for hotel meals in Asia - very good, but comparable to others we've had. Staff were exceedingly polite and friendly. Again, I would expect this in Japan, and I was not disappointed. We used the shuttle to nearby Gora station twice, and that was very convenient. The room was very clean and I took advantage of the tub in the balcony. The room is small, and it was a little hard to get around for 3 people. Unfortunately, there was no place to store our 3 suitcases out of the way, and they were on the floor and we had to step over them. But all in all, it was a wonderful stay, and I would stay there again."
