大浴場と室内プールに関してはかなり不満でした。室内プールにも男女別の脱衣所はあった方が便利だと感じました。プールを利用した後は皆さん水着を着た上からホテルの部屋着をその上から着るのか、3階の大浴場の脱衣所で着替えてから部屋に戻るのか。。。どちらにせよ不便です。3階〜2階の移動間も廊下にタオルが敷き詰められておりそこを素足で歩くのは気持ちのいいものではありません。大浴場と室内プールに関しての説明がないので分からない人はかなり困惑すると思います。少なくとも私達家族は困惑しましたので、利用する方はしっかりスタッフの方に聞くことをオススメします。 食事は朝夕ともビュッフェでしたが、海鮮丼、金目鯛の煮付け、ステーキなど種類も豊富で美味しかったです。食べすぎて夜鳴きそばにはパス。感染対策で小皿に小分け＋ラップしてくれてあったのもよかったです（洗い物大変そう！） 夜は卓球（30分500円）を予約して、久々家族で遊んで楽しかったです。部屋からレストラン、大浴場までは少し歩きましたが、トータルではスタッフの方の対応もよく、快適な滞在ができました。 #### yue Feb 13, 2021 这个酒店的三分之二是公寓，三分之一是酒店，温泉等康乐设施还在另外一栋楼。因为没有联络口，所以去温泉会比较麻烦，必须吓到一楼然后再走过去。对于价格来说算是性价比比较高包括两餐自助价格不算太贵，但是菜肴品质也就只能是一般，算是和价格吻合。这样的公寓式酒店适合大家族一起，因为房间特别的大。基本都是能容纳下7人以上。连续住几天在周边转转也算不错。 ##### 5年ほど前一度泊まってホテルの一室がとても広くて快適で、お風呂もあり快適だったこと、ご飯もとても美味しいという印象があり、今回2度目の宿泊でした。 ご飯は夜も朝もブッフェ式で品数豊富で、満足できましたが、部屋は一部屋が大きいため、掃除が行き届いていない印象、出ていませんが部屋のテラスはカビだらけ外ですがゴキブリもいました。 プール施設があると知らず水着を忘れてしまったのですが、部屋の案内には水着の貸し出しあります。とのことだったので、フロントに聞くと、サイズは？？と聞かれ、中に探しに行ってくださったようですが、その従業員さんわレンタル水着のありかがわからなかったのか、どう見ても探していないのに、貸し出し中でーす。とのことでした笑 せっかく来たのにフルに設備を楽しめなかったので少し残念でした。 お値段の割にかなり広いです。 ただ、ツッコミ所が満載過ぎて楽しめなかった。 この会社が運営している那須のホテルに宿泊した事がありとても良い感じだったので、同様な感じと思って予約したのですが、全く違いました。 選んだ自分が悪いのだけど。 チェックインの時に荷物が多いのに、一度フロントまで運んで来るように言われてとても面倒でした。 わざわざ持って行った理由もなく、ただ施設の説明をする為でした。調理器具を借りるにも特にリストなどはなく何が必要か尋ねられてメモを取って対応していた。貸し出し可能な物を表などにして選ばせて下されば効率が良いと思う。 お皿を洗った際に置く水切りカゴなどの用意もありません。 お部屋のキッチンの収納には全くと言って良いほど何も入っていません。それは全然構わないのだけど、入ってないのに掃除してない。とても掃除しやすい状態なのに汚くて驚きました。 マッサージチェア付きの部屋と言うので楽しみにしていたが、微妙に不潔感があり、一部の高さになるとキーキーと音を立てて動き癒されない。 設定を変えようとしても、接触が悪いのか何回もボタンを押して時々反応する程度。 comfort #### 家族3世代での利用 家族5人と両親2人の7人で一部屋に泊まりました。 施設は古いところもありましたがしっかりとメンテされており、また、サービスにも数多くの工夫があり、総じてコストパフォーマンスに優れていると感じました。 駐車や受付で待たせない工夫、夕食バッフェのメニューの豊富さ、出来立てを知らせる演出など、サービス面での工夫も数多く見受けられ、好印象を受けました。
