It was perfect for our part of the trip as we wanted to relax and be surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The majority of people who stayed here were older people and families, but I did not mind that at all. There are a lot of amenities and it was the small features that made me feel extra comfortable. I absolutely loved the foot bath that was out on the balcony for example. Also, the view was excellent. I had my first onsen experience here as well. It was a lovely and relaxing experience. I wish it was more common to have that as a regular part of our day and culture. My friend and I also tried the in-room massage. It was an interesting experience but I could not fully get over the fact that it was in our room. The massage ladies were nice but also got shocked by our body types...anyway, overall it was a great experience. 車いすでも大丈夫対応ばっちり！ 予約をネットでしていたのですが、その時に車いすの者がいることも、伝えてなかったのですが、すごくいい感じに対応していただきました。従業員の教育もとても皆様しっかりとしていたし、いろいろな対応も迅速丁寧にしてくれたので、とてもいい時間を過ごすことができました。また伊東へいくことがあれば、利用させていただきたく思います。お部屋のお風呂が温泉にはびっくりしました。いつも車いすの者が温泉にははいれないので、今回は本当に喜んでいました。有難うございました。とても気持ちのいいお宿でしたので、友達にも紹介したいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。 従業員の方は明るく元気があり、気持ちの良い対応をしたくださいました。お風呂は三パターンあり、どこも清潔でした。水風呂有りとなっていたのですが、冷水を汲んでかぶる事しか出来なかったのが、残念でした。 食事はバイキングでしたが、どれも美味しかったです。特にお刺身が新鮮で良かったです。焼きたてピザ、焼きたてステーキ、揚げたて天ぷらも目の前で調理してくれてアツアツが食べれるので、とても満足です。
