We reserved property because there wasn’t anything available for our trip. We booked 5 months in advance for our son’s graduation from college. Unfortunately, we didn’t have many options. Ithaca and surrounding areas usually are not that busy except during graduation so better plan 6 months in advance to have more options. The hotel is outdated and run down. The beds were uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well all night tossing and turning waking many times. Iron did not work, room had no closet and nowhere to hang clothes. We also didn’t have any towels and had to go down to front desk to request them. Plumbing worked well so at least bathtub and sink drained properly. We checked out early since we were able to find accommodations elsewhere.

So I don’t know where to begin. The staff was very nice and tried their hardest to make our stay pleasant,but unfortunately hotel was s nightmare. The pictures they have on the internet are deceiving. They have no kitchen, they will tell you that some of the rooms are already remodeled which is a lie, their carpets are nasty dirty, our room smell like dog/cat pee, our bathroom had mold, our refrigerator was broke, we had no rack to place our clothes or closet and one of our bed was broke. I had no choice but to stay there since it was my daughters graduation weekend for Cornell university. We booked a year in advance and most of the hotel in Ithaca New York triple their prices. When I book this hotel I looked at the pictures and I did not see all the negative reviews that are there now, remember I booked a year in advance. When I try to find Another hotel they were all booked. We had two rooms and it took us two hours to clean/Disinfect the room. I brought Lysol, Clorox wipes, and bought bed bug spray justb in case. If you’re reading this and still decide to book this hotel shame on you and you deserve what you get so don’t get upset when you’re at that hotel. I do not write many reviews but this one was very important. I definitely feel bad for the staff because they were very professional and did the best they could with the conditions that they had. They should be rewarded & given bonuses for what they have to put up with on due to the conditions of the hotel.

Dirty dirty with a layer of dirt ... but you really have no choice at graduation or move in time ... and they know that. Bring your own sheets , wear shoes in the shower and don’t touch anything .

The Front desk staff was helpful and very friendly. Our bathroom had mold/mildew in several spots in the shower. The base of the toilet was not clean and had a “brown” spot on it.

Room was ready early (we had to get to a wedding!), we were comfortable. When keys gave us trouble we got immediate help. Desk gave us directions. Wish we could have stayed more than one night

In our room there were multiple stains on the carpet and desk chair. There was a beat up mini fridge that was unplugged with a puddle of water sitting in the bottom. The wifi didn't work at all in the morning, so we couldn't get a printed receipt. The front desk clerk was pleasant upon check-in be and the lobby was attractive. No continental breakfast. The bathroom was ok. No idea where the ice machine was and the info binder didn't tell you. There must be better choices in Cortland.

Hotel was clean, check-in clerk-out clerks were great Friendly had a comfortable night no problems. When we travel we only want a clean and comfortable place we do not spend much time at the hotel. There are several places near by to eat within walking distance even a grocery store. Would stay again. Room was spacious

This hotel definitely needs a good cleaning. There was a lot of dust around the furniture in the room and dirt in the hallways. The phone in the room did not work. I was there to sleep during the day because I work the night shift I usually leave the tv on during the day so I am not getting woke by outside noises. The tv shut off constantly and when it came back on the volume was really loud and woke me up. I definitely won’t stay here again

We had bad bugs in our beds. Then we moved to another that had no working toilet. The room there need a makeover. The carpet smells.

When we got to our rooms one room was not llocked when I reported this there wasn’t concer and no one ever checked to make sure it was safe. The mirror was not clean in the other room.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Ramada Hotel & Conference Center in New York. I was given wrong information about the amenities of the Hotel. The pool was not available at the time that it was scheduled to be available. Therefore, I was unable to use it before check-out. The room had stains on the floor and I found garbage on the floor. There were issues with the bathroom as well. I would not recommend this Hotel to friends and family and I will not return again.

Was a horrible hotel. The room, although it was somewhat clean, I didn’t even comfortable sleeping on the bed or sitting on the counter with your nam I didn’t even comfortable sleeping on the bed or sitting on the coach or chair. The place smelled awful. The continental breakfast was horrible. We had no choice but to stay there since every hotel was completely booked.

The first room was musty and the AC unit clanked. We were moved to a new room. The second room was also musty but the AC unit was better. The hotel was under renovation, but they should keep up with bathroom grout maintenance. Also, some of the towels were so so frayed that they were unravelling. Wifi was slow, unsecured and intermittent.

The rooms smell. There was hair in the bed. The hallways are dark and smell bad. One highlight: the folks at the front desk were very, very nice.

There was hair on the walls of the shower There was almost an empty roll of toilet tissue and no spare, had to track down housekeeping The TV was a 21" screen at most

Overall wasn't a terrible last minute stay. However the tv remote was nowhere to be found, the one blanket provided was too small for the size of the bed and the ice machines were broken. There was absolutely no cigarette smell, something asthmatics like my self greatly appreciate and the bathroom was clean as far as I could tell 7/10

The hotel was more like motel. No warm welcome. It was in disrepair with carpet glue on the walls. The room was dusty, bed sheets were not fresh, wrinkled and looked slept in and there was a long strand of hair in the bed. The toilet bowl was disgusting, long strands of hair on bathroom floor, mold around soap holder in shower, shower curtains were stained and drain would not stay up. I hardly got any sleep because the place felt dirty. I left as early as possible.
